The takeoff application offers modules that allow for CAD file imports, automatic scaling, 2D takeoff, and digital plan takeoff. McCormick also offers a count and length probe that integrates with the software to allow manually marked drawing measurements to be entered into a digital format.
This package can handle jobs of nearly any size. We find ourselves recommending it primarily to companies that generate up to $100 million in revenue. There is no limitation on the number of employees or number of users to operate this system.

this is first estimating program I have used, it is very user friendly, easy to understand, navagation is easy and tech support has been very good, they are there when you call them and if they are busy they get back with you in a reasonable amount of time. System is reasonably priced compared to the other systems we looked at. I have already referred this program to a few other estimators

We choose McCormick Systems because their platform is exactly what we needed, it is incredibly user friendly, their customer service and support is fantastic, and the price/value was unmatched. The software allows us to save time and money on our takeoffs immediately; not to mention there is room to grow within the platform at no extra cost to us. Working with everyone at McCormick Systems (from our Account Rep, to the IT Dept, to the VP Sales) has been a true pleasure. A lot of companies say the customer comes first ... but don't always follow through on that promise - McCormick Systems takes that promise to heart!
The installation process and getting the software up and running was difficult. Upon installing the physical software key it created a very large usage drain on our in-house server, resulting in a frustrating lag on all employee terminals and all programs including McCormick Systems software. The good news was that McCormick Systems was great at figuring out a solution, as well as extending our trial period so that we could adequately test out the software prior to purchasing it.
Do your homework and actually test out multiple products using real life scenarios (in our case actual takeoffs we were doing at the time). We started out by narrowing our list of potential vendors down to five. From there we vetted it down to three, of which we had all three do a live demo of their product, as well as a Q&A session. After that we narrowed it down to two and then asked for a free trial from each vendor and actually did some real life takeoffs - to see which one was the best fit for our needs. The trials allowed us to clearly see which software fit our needs the best and allowed us to purchase with confidence.

Best product for my business, the WIN 1000 software has been nothing but an asset to my business. I have never had so much confidence in bidding on projects until I've used this product. I've won more projects using this software than I did bidding off drawings, most of all I've saved a lot of time in completing a bid and i know exactly what my profit will be.
Nothing not to like about this product. Everything was and still is just perfect from the beginning.
The staff is amazing, always go above and beyond t make sure their clients are nothing but satisfied with the software they've purchased. Tech support is always there either with a click of a button or by phone. They have different products for contractors that fits the size of your business from 1 or 2 man shops to 100+ employee shops. Most of all McCormick System is very competitive.

Pay close attention to the competitors' on-screen takeoff. It's not all it is cracked up to be.
