NABD is a cloud-based help desk solution that caters to businesses of all sizes. It helps companies in varied industry verticals including finance and accounting, education, manufacturing and retail, travel, non-profit organizations and government. Primary features include case management, a self-service portal, workflow management, knowledge base management, reporting and analytics.

NABD enables users to connect with their customers, filter relevant content and manage service requests. It also provides preconfigured automation tools for the service desk module.

The software offers a customizable support center and configurable SSL rules. Users can engage with external auditors and suppliers. NABD also offers compliance management, social media integration, multi-channel customer service, ticket tracking, issue tracking and live chat. The program is available in Arabic, English and French.    

NABD is available in a monthly subscription pricing option. Support is offered through an online help desk and FAQ section, live chat, email and over the phone.

Pros

Overall, the tool is very good, but especially I like Ticketing and knowledge base. Ticketing makes it very easy and effective to escalate customer issues and track them. As for knowledge base, it's very simple to use and manage. It's a good source of information for the front line to find the necessary info fast and serve the customer effectively.

Cons

Whenever facing a feature not so comfortable, we collaborated with the vendor and both the account manager and technical staff are very open and flexible to cooperate, to change, customize to make the tool suitable for specific business.

1. Customer s issues escalation and tracking very effectively
2. Knowledge base which makes it very easy for front line to find the info to serve the customer fast and effectively.

Pros

I like especially trouble ticketing part and knowledge base. Trouble ticketing lets easily manage open issues and track them effectively and knowledge base is very easily managed. You can add articles for your front line staff as in wikipedia. Search feature functions perfectly!

Cons

Whenever we faced any features which we needed to change or modify or adapt tou our business, the account manager together with technical guys made our wishes come true very fast and easily. they are very flexible in customizing the tool according to individual business needs.

Very good application and very cheap , one of the best out there if you want a system to manage customer management relation. Plus based on my experience among all the vendors hired by the company , this is the best vendor i have dealt with so far, despite the fact that they are not in the same country as i am , They are fully commited and everything is done within given time line. We previously had some concerns about the UI flow. The NABD new release contains major enhancements to the UI. Our agents love it. It made the way they manage their cases even simpler. The new portal customization and the ability to create a mobile app for our customers enhanced the customer experience.
