Pros

Very easy to use, very intuitive. All the materials and capacity building products for you to optimize and improve your experience.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a while for customer support to respond, but they do respond. Also, when it comes to multi-language support, some tags are not fully translated.

1 tool to manage content marketing on multiple channels website, blog, social media and e-mail marketing.
1 tool to manage all lead generation activities, not only by e-mail but expecially by website. The concept of digital body language is very interesting, much more effective than generic Buyer Personas category. It is a tool you can really have a 1-to1 relationship with each website visitor

Cons

It is in English and e.mail editor is not so friendly as competitors like Mailchimp. But it is effective

Opportunities abound, and the main restriction on your knowledge of the baggage. Support system is clear and understandable for most people.

Cons

You have to know what you do :) , you will have to read a lot of material in order to integrate correctly. A bit hard debug for your self. but everything is manageable . Not easiest UI :)

At the beginning, this system might look like a good solution for your company - as it did for ours, BUT it turned out, that it's a complete disaster, so don't get fooled. Sales Manago looks like it has so many powerful features for a very fair price, the reality is different - more than a half of the functions are working very badly and have a lot of bugs inside.

- NEWSLETTERS: After we switched to Sales Manago from a regular newsletter client the OR and CTR went drasticaly down. The reason of this is unclear. What i figured out is that the emails are wrongly displayed in some email clients (even in gmail - when you try to resend the newsletter it only shows pictures - no text columns).
- NEWSLETTER ANALYTICS: are not showing real numbers, they are actually showing lower numbers. When we put our own metrics to count the CTR, it showed up, that the real bumbers are 2x-3x higher... Now imagine how you can possibly work with such newsletter system...
- PERSONALIZED BANNERS ANALYTICS - they are currently not showing anything.
- PUSH NOTIFICATIONs ANALYTICS - they were not showing anything, so we had to report it several times and it looks like it's working now – after 1 month.
- WRONG DISPLAYED EMAILS + CALL TO ACTION BUTTONS: some email clients are not able to display call to action buttons inside emails from Sales Manago, thanks to which you will be recieving a lot of complaining emails, because users will not be able to confirm subscription.
- Also FROM TIME TO TIME SOMETHING JUST DISSAPEARS from your email list.. No one knows why.. For example we've created a welcome email and a week later, it wasn't there anymore, it was just gone and no one was able to explain this issue to me.
- And so on….

Super poor customer support: you have to wait 1-2 days to get answers evethough you have dedicated customer support package and more... The online support usually don't now anything, they only can tell you to send the issue via email.

Really bad video lessons describing various functions: Support works the way, that they send you videos, which covers current subjects - let's say personalized banners. These video lessons are recorded by a woman, which voice is so high and unplleasant to listen, that it literarly hearts your ears - now imagine watching hours of such videos..

Also all functions, add ons and licenses have one month notice period, so after you will realise, that this system is a piece of crap, you will still have to pay the invoice for the next 1-2 months.

The pricing is also quite high.

If you want to spend ours by reporting various bugs and waiting for support to get back to you this system is right for you. If you want to spend hundreds of euros each month for half-functional system, that will sometimes not allow your customers to confirm subscription or not display your newsletter, Sales Manago is the good choice. / If you want to use a powerful system, that will actually help you to earn more money DO NOT USE SALES MANAGO - EVER!

Just by the way - after we started using Sales Manago, are sales are the lowest from the past 12 month.. Isn't that great?

It doesn't matter if you want to quit, because the system only brings you headache and troubles, no one will act kindly with you (eventhough you will describe them all the issue, that you've experienced with Sales Manago multiple times), you will just have to pay and wait until the contract is over.

The system is easy to use, and has a very broad range of different features for eCommerces and B2B, containing CRM, email & mobile & website marketing, social media, campaigns etc. A lot of integrations including main eCommerce platforms, Facebook & Tiwtter, SMS providers, CRMs and other supporting tools. Segmentations tags are surely helpful to aim marketing efforts. The OR and CTR significantly increases thanks to SALESmanago. Automation rules and personalized marketing automation campaigns help in sales results, that can be observed on dashboards.

Cons

As in every system there are occasional bugs. Also because of the new features added regulary, customer might firstly be overloaded with different possibilities, so its a good idea to ask for dedicated support.

Implementation went ok, features are ok but we are having problems with email formatting. That is really important to our marketing but they don't seem to be taking real action to resolve the problem. Also the web analytics are not working properly. Again we reported the issue but no resolution. I think they don't have enough technical support so having been a customer for a year we are actively looking for other options.

Pros

Comprehensive set of features and potentially a powerful marketing aid just needs better technical support.

Cons

Email formatting problems and slow technical response. The training material is not always easy to understand.

Very good marketing automation platform. It's really powerful. If you are serious about tailoring your communication with niches in your audience you can easily do it and automate it with Salesmanago. It has so many functions I'm still in the process of learning it. And sometimes doing simple things is a real pain. I think they should work more on user experience so I can make more things without asking customer support. Overall I highly recommend it!

SALESmanago offers a great list of features every management is dreaming of, however the implementation and the communication is very difficult. Sometimes I implemented things, checked and it worked, but suddenly they changed something and it stopped working.
At least for B2B I do not recommend it, for eCommerce they are unique and still might be a good solution due to the dynamic content and abondoned shopping cart function.

I like SALESmanago system while it is very robust system and can cover all the online marketing automation needs. You can start in small and go broad. But as it is robust it is very easy to use and you get the excellent support from SM team to get started and work with that.

Pros

Automation rules and scoring part of the system are the most valuable for me. You can automatically work with your leads and once they are warm, you get the alert and can contact him / her directly on the phone.
