As an administrator, I like it's quick ability to manage users with ease. It is user friendly, very easy to navigate for the most part. Creating jobs, adding candidates and fully utilizing the systems reporting features are quick and functional.

Overall, there is a small function while creating a requisition that is very time consuming and could be amended easily. When adding a user to a requisition, you can add a preexisting group. However, if you add an individual to the group after it has already been tied to each individual requisition, you will have to manually do it one at a time. There needs to be a way where you can mass edit a group and the jobs and individuals tied to it.

Recommendations

I would recommend that you evaluate the various different functions of job diva and see how it applies not only to recruiters, but to many other facets within your organization that might be helpful to increasing production, such as tracking employee progress, candidates, managing users etc. Job diva can be utilized by many and can be helpful once you understand the ins and out of its different capabilities.

Jobdiva is very user-friendly and intuitive. As this is my first Applicant Tracking System, I have found it to be great to work with and start out on in the recruiting industry. I have since used other ATS and found them to be sub-standard to Jobdiva.

The most I like about the Job diva portal is that it has many options to get a exact and best profile for the skills you looking for and it has many features that it makes easy for us to contact about a position to multiple candidates in one mail (Ex Mail Merge). We can check the candidates profile status and review it for the other opportunities. The features and abundant database and many options makes the portal my first place of contact for sourcing the profiles.

We get a way lot of resumes irrelevant to the skill and there should be a system or facility to differentiate between the H1-B and Green card and Citizens. So that i makes easy to source the right candidates depending on the skill. The View and the functionality of the portal in terms of User interface should be made neat and polished so that i looks good and viewful like other portals

I would like others to evaluate the software more thoroughly and check all the pros and cons and report it to the job diva team to make it more easy and seamlessly in accessing the portal so that we can get more good and relevant profiles depending on the skill and make the portal more user friendly to the user and make it best platform for the Recruiting Agencies.

Integrating all portals into one platform is a innovative idea. God job team. But need to implement in more aspects.

Please make dark background. After working more then 30 mins my eyes getiing strain.
GUI and Font should me be more attractive and clear.

The best thing about this product and vendoer is we dont have to look for different job portals for resumes because, we have resumes from various job portals in JobDiva so its one stop for resume....Thats when i gave a title as "All in One" for my review.

I think the customer service team at JobDiva is very responsive! JobDiva is a wonderful ATS with an easy layout and I can customize what functions team members have access to whether they are in Client Sales, Recruiters, or Onboarding/Operations. I find that new recruiters enjoy training in JobDiva since it is very intuitive and the ramp up time is much, much quicker! I also appreciate how JobDiva syncs up with MS Outlook too.

There's not much in this area that I can think of! If I did have to make one critical comment, then I would say what I like least are the abrupt JobDiva crashes in the middle of the afternoon. This is probably due to maintenance or system overload and can be expected since there is no way to predict a crash.

It's really important to have a streamlined software that EVERYONE in the office can use! All team members need to feel empowered to do their job with the right tools. JobDiva is one such tool that you can train new users on and utilize the webinars that JobDiva hosts as supplemental resources.

The data model. Candidates are not actually tied to requisitions. Instead candidate records exist separately from the requisitions they are in process against and you create on going notes against the candidate's record which are then associated to a job. The reason this can be very frustrating is because you can't pull a report that shows how many candidates you have in each step of the recruiting process against each position. Instead you get a long ongoing report of any notes the recruiters have entered into the system. To get the metrics you're looking for you have to go through a very manual process of scrubbing/sorting the data and removing duplicates inside of excel.

Also the recruiters don't have an easy way to view all candidates they have in consideration against a job. To see all candidates they have to pull a manual ad hoc report. This type of information should be easily accessible from a home page in my opinion.

Recommendations

If reporting and funnel metrics are important to your organization think very carefully before purchasing JobDiva. There are a few things that JobDiva does pretty well but the data model they've implemented runs counter intuitive to ANY ATS I've used in the past. It is built more like a CRM sales tool than a true ATS. If you're a staffing firm I think JobDiva isn't a bad choice but if you work in the corporate world it could be a nightmare to implement and train recruiters to use.

If you find sourcing a time hog, this is an ideal application to have. JobDiva has the ability to source resumes from your 'paid for' resume databases based on YOUR search criteria that you would run yourself and automatically download the resumes into your JobDiva database. This allows you to access one system instead of 3 or 4, it also allows you to quickly see the match of each candidate based on the search criteria you set forth.

Terminology. Some of the terms or descriptions used in the software might not be what you would expect and makes it difficult to locate what you are looking for or understanding which report to run. However, with that being said, their support team is very quick to respond to your inquiries and help you with anything you need guidance on.

Recommendations

The biggest feature to compare is the resume 'harvesting' abilities. It saves a TON of time in sourcing and with their matching abilities, saves even more time in quickly identifying the right candidate.

There are some days where there are multiple glitches on the system. Therefore, JobDiva runs very slowly if at all.

Recommendations

Some recommendations I would say are to allow new candidate or contact pages to be opened in a new window so I don't lose my search terms on the job page.

Easy to use when searching candidates in the system. This product was great when I was purely recruiting candidates, but now that I am in more of a sales role, it isn't as organized in the system and not as relevant.

Not as user friendly for sales and sales leads. Searching contacts and companies works, but it isn't well organized when using for sales, cold calls, and leads.

Recommendations

Not really sure about this one- but I would recommend making good search terms and good candidates will come back. If they are looking for a good staffing/recruiting system, JobDiva works great. If they are looking for more sales related, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
