Since 1999, eBid Systems has been providing supplier management, sourcing, bidding, and contract management software-as-a-service to clients globally across a range of industries.
ProcureWare by eBid Systems is their latest cloud-based software platform that provides a suite of tools to manage supplier relationships. Supplier management features support the creation of a customized supplier self-registration process, allowing centralized access to a searchable, up-to-date supplier database.
Buyers can then invite pre-qualified suppliers to competitive bidding events using pre-defined templates for various RFx types. Once bid responses are received, ProcureWare streamlines the process of bid evaluation and facilitates collaboration of the sourcing team in analyzing and scoring responses.
ProcureWare’s contract management capabilities support ongoing management of supplier engagements, including centralized access to contract documents, modifications, and contract milestones.
ProcureWare can be configured to the needs of any organization, with customizable fields, reports, scheduled reminders, message templates, user roles and localization into any language and currency.

Easy to upload documents and files. Self-explanatory setup process.
I do not have any problems with this service.
This software is easy to use. If you experience any problems, have someone younger in your office try it. I have realized the more senior staff that has tried to use the product makes it more complicated than the system really is.

The program is very clean and easy to navigate. Technical support before, during, and after setup is top-notch. With the implementation of eBid systems, we have reduced our workload with regards to bid solicitations dramatically.
So far, the system is delivering as advertised. Nothing negative.
Once you become familiar with the tabs and layout, navigation is quick.

eBid is very user-friendly for our employees (as users and read-only) and suppliers/contractors. The feedback I have received from our 2500+ suppliers/contractors is that eBid makes it easier to navigate through the bidding process with the Metropolitan District Commission. Since we installed the eBid System, bidding competition has increased 350%. It has also driven the cost of the goods and services we have been procuring down because of the increased competition. We have registered over 2500 suppliers/contractors to the system. We continue to expand our supply base and increase competition.
I have no real complaints about the system. It does what I want it to do to support my bidding requirements. It is seamless for my organization.
I have seen other software packages; they have their good and their bad points but I am happy with the productivity of this system. I have invested too much time and money in perfecting the system to work for our bidding and diversity requirements. One of the features that eBid does is make improvements to its products to improve productivity. This keeps eBid on the cutting edge of technology.
