Market Dojo is a cloud-based strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management platform. Users create and manage request for quotation (RFQ) events. Qualification bids allow users to ensure that only the suppliers that meet their needs make it into an auction.
Supplier questionnaires allow for weighted scoring of bids, so users can make decisions according to considerations other than pricing.
In addition to managing RFQ events, Market Dojo also includes a participant database as well as a document library for documents commonly used in RFQ events. Templates are available so that events can be repeated easily, and an online message board allows users to manage participant communications.
A sandbox allows users to create and view events as either a host or a participant, so they can avoid mistakes during live events.
Market Dojo offers two pricing schemes. The software can be licensed on a monthly subscription basis with per user fees. There’s also a “pay-as-you-host” option, in which users pay for credits and then use these credits on a per-event basis. A mobile app is available for iOS.
