I think it is wonderful why and very practical to reset your AD password anywhere, just have an Internet connection so it becomes practical and valuable.

I think he is wonderful because he avoids the agent or the company needing extra work to carry out our tasks, making us safe and doing extra work without worrying about software failing.

Its ability to use virtually any Active Directory field for identification made it easy for us to move to a process where all hires and terminations only have to happen in our HRM software.

Ease of use for what we need; ability to manage accounts.

We have automatic hires and terminations working perfectly. We are working on changes and expect this to be an ongoing process as the company changes.

I also like the way AIMS handles feeds from other systems. It is easy to use and adapt to a company's unique requirements.

We had no warning it would not work on this version.

Setting up was a little confusing at first. Once I got the hang of it things went smoother.

We no longer have to wait for approvals. Next, with the introduction of a new HRM system, we moved to automating the process of hires, changes and terminations.

By using Avatier AIMS, we have made the task of requesting access significantly easier and quicker. The ability for anyone to be able to approve access via their phones has been a big player in this.

Very easy to use for customers as well as admins. Great addition to any company.

The user interface is simple and easy for most of our computer users.

Ease of use -- users are guided through enrolling and utilizing the features of unlocking account and password changes. Agent software quick and easy to install.

Lots of hidden features. Sometimes its hard to find what you are looking for.

Nothing comes to mind about a downside to the product.

We setup this software 5 years ago and it just works. Our users can reset their own passwords quickly and easily.

We started with using AIMS for self-serve password resets due to the fact that a very significant number of calls to our service desk (about 65%) were taxing our resources.

Overall with the ability to have single sign on was a major benefit for the Service Desk.

I have seen Orchestry save my clients significant money and time in provisioning while adding additional value in governance and lifecycle management.

Provisioning and lifecycle management has allowed me to keep my environment clean of unused sites and keep me on top of who has access as a guest user and if they are still active, etc.

The only downside is that the product can be overwhelming for first-time users.

Support for Orchestry is top notch and extremely easy to work with and they love feedback on the application so that they can make it better.

Management and security tools are also very  impressive. It truly fills gaps within SharePoint and Teams but also analytics with how to maximize my Microsoft 365 overall investment.

I can't fault Orhcestry from a partner's point of view. It's easy to install for our clients, works flawlessly and the support and guidance materials are always up to date.

It's extremely easy to setup and get going. There also a ton of features that you can gradually roll out as you get used to the tool and want to make your environment more robust.

Orchestry integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Teams, making it super easy for our end-users to use the tool and to create new collaboration spaces based on our own templates.

The feature that is missing is something that will be implemented soon: Guest Access management.

Start simple and make it easy for everyone, don't add too many bells and whistles too early. It hurts adoption as people think 'this is busy / complicated.
