We like that we can see at a glance on our dashboard what work we have assigned to us as it comes in and the appropriate staff check in the projects.

The staff are very helpful and always timely. The Invoice creation process was smooth and saved me a lot of time.

In viewing the project history, it is hard for me to follow the steps as the go from step to step.

This saves a lot of time and gives increased visibility into past billing. It still integrates with QBO and the invoices go in there.

I love having a centralized location for all my daily, monthly, and qtrly tasks. We can then break them down even further by different locations/departments.

Integration to our business was a pretty smooth process. Didn't take long to learn Firm360 because it is easy to use.

It is cost effective for small firms, and easy to use.

Nothing that I've seen yet other than the pain of changing software.

So far our experience with Firm 360 has been great.

I like the time and project tracking. It is very helpful with keeping up with the progress of the projects I am working with and I receive notices if additional info has been added to a project.

I love how everything is situated in one program. Its nice to have everything at my fingertips.

I haven't found anything that I don't like about this system yet.

This software is helping our employees know what they need to do and to stay on track and meet deadlines. It is helping our client data stay up to date and easily accessible to the whole firm.

Its a great tool that is easy to learn and navigate, and houses everything i need to run the work of my accounting practice.

One thing that I find I'm missing is the email function to be able to send and reply to emails.

Great tool for multi users to keep track of project management. Great utilization for clients portal and all staff to have access to help clients.

The addition of contacts to multiple clients can get messy. You have to know that a contact has been setup in order to access for another client.

The most difficult thing is having to change how you run your practice to incorporate the program.

I haven't found anything that I don't like about this software.

This product is very user friendly and easy to use. I love the project function of it and being able to keep up with tasks that need to be completed.

With the client numbering system, the clients are in no particular order so it makes my OCD go nuts when looking at the client list.

The sync to QBO feature makes Firm 360 very easy to use for updating client data, adding new clients, and most especially billing.

And their customer support team is amazing. We ask for tweaks or adjustments, and the same day we get a response.

Firm360 is a great product because it provides you the features you need without adding so many options that the product becomes bloated and not user friendly.

We looked at many other similar products but they were either very costly or a lot of work to load data/ roll out/ learn. Firm 360 is the perfect solution.

The time tracking by projected is great, and I love the ability to customize projects and tasks for specific clients without having to go back to Customer Service for help.

We have struggled to have an easy to use, easy to access with 2-factor authentication, and useful firm management system.

It is easy to navigate to client information quickly. The time management feature is also great to keep up with billable hours.

I looked for months for a solution that integrated time tracking, document management, and client task management in one solution.

Very happy with this sofware. It is a huge step above what we have used in the past and it is reasonably priced and offers excellent customer support.

Documents filing system, automatic sort out system non-exiting, search criteria limitation.

It is complete and all the tools that you need are all there. It is easy to use and to instruct to other people most specially to the students.

Because there is a lot of features it can be very confusing to control and modify. Finding ways to work with it can be confusing.

Now I call in and am told they will put in a case and I'll get a call back shortly, which really means in hours or the next day or the day after.

We also have completely stopped using certain features due to them continuously not working properly such as the eSigntures feature. We also have trouble with our schedule's.

Its ridiculous that Abacus expects us to pay higher prices and sign contracts, but not give us the customer service we need. I've even reached out to the sales manager and am given the same answers.

Overall, this is a great system, and I would recommend it to other professionals.

The best part of this tool is how well and perfect its integration of difference functions is.

I just wanted to drop a quick note to let you all know about exceptional customer service.

Hate:  BEWARE:  their contract has auto renewal without positive confirmation from user.

FYI, I'm very happy to learn that under Abacus's user agreement, we'll retain read-only access after the expiration of our subscription.

I haven't used it enough to justify the cost yet but would like to learn more.

Hands down I loved the Ease and simplicity of the program. It is VERY VERY USER FRIENDLY.

Portal email was buggy, some features were not working as well,  customer service response was slow at times.

Lack to run custom reports across different areas, jobs assignments hard to follow sometimes.

We have been receiving an error message when logging in for months.

We like being able to record their calls, take notes, and create reminders for a specific client. The activity list is a great way for each staff member to keep track of their tasks.

We love the integrated credit card processing and the connection with Lacerte. It has made our workflow more efficient.

Our firm likes that all of our client information can be kept in one program. From the client's contact information to their documents it is all easy to access.

Issues are always  solved quickly. Customer service agents are always helpful and friendly.

It is costing me time and money to dispute with them.

In the beginning, this software was great. Great user-friendly product, had some shortcomings with projects and tasks, but it was workable.

I use this software every day and the ease of use is amazing.

The reporting in general is limited. The inability to combine information types (Contact, Billing, Project, Staff) into a single report is difficult.

The product has a lot of features that made the implementation in the first year wonderful. The support staff was great and easy to access.

All client information is available to each member of the team, and viewing the progress of the tasks being completed is very easy.

I absolutely love the product and would switch to it today if they made it more affordable.

There are a few features I feel are missing, and a few items that feel counterintuitive.

The only down side is that sometimes the integrations need to pushed manually. This applies to demand force and the Office tools portal.

Works fantastic for small companies. The software intergrates well, which I love.
