I don't mean to gush, but wow!

I've saved at least 8-12 hours a month using this as opposed to the old way. And, I think my accountant is going to love and hate me. Love me, because his job next year is going to so much easier. And, hate me because I'm asking for lower fees because he's doing less work.

PROS

Once you get you accounts input, the rest is a breeze. If you get lost, just go the manual, look at the index and find out how to do what you need. They seem to have just looked at QuickBooks, and said, "Yeah, doing that way makes to sense...", and made it make sense to a non-Accounting person like myself.

CONS

Depending on how lazy you've been in the past, i.e. keeping things only on paper (like I did... stupid me...), then it takes a while to get things input. But, if you have a previous electronic system, you're good to import your data.

Reasons for switching to Acctfusion

Quickbooks is OK, but is so broad in its capability, figuring it out is a drag.
