The cost is very affordable compared to other products. The customer service and technical support are outstanding.

I enjoyed the fact that it was user friendly. I enjoyed the affordable monthly fees based of organization size.

I like the fact it is cloud based, so I can take it with me anywhere. It's more affordable versus other offerings.

It is easy to use and understand. Budgeting was a useful feature and transferring between various accounts was easy.

It's perfect  for international fundraising, easy to use and very user-friendly, affordable, good customer support and quite reliable.

Comprehensive and easy to follow . . . but I have an advanced accounting background, so it may not be easy for some.

I was not around for implementation so I am unsure if the problems were the Aplos or GVC team related. Now I understand the software, it is critical to plan the uses than implement.

Other software was somewhat disappointing - hasn't always worked correctly and a bit confusing on how it integrates with Aplos.

I am still learning but the software helps provide great clarity for the management of account of our church.

I also find reporting to be a bit confusing. It is not intuitive...it sometimes takes several steps (that are not obvious) to get the report I need.

I love the updated dashboard and the charts you can see with the finances.

Best Fund Accounting Software for Small Non-Profit Organization.

Some times I get lost in all of the reports because there are so many.

Aplos has very strong and responsive support team which I think is a plus for users to search for a good software.

Aplos has always be very responsive to any inquires.

This software has a long way to go before it can compete with alternatives whose bank integrations are solid and reliable.

Easy to use and good price for what you're getting.

Overall, I would recommend this software to others ten-fold. It very organized and I love the click down options.

On some clients, the WePay feature is great for online donations going right into Aplos. I love being able to message Aplos right from the client's account with questions.

The WePay integration is phenomenal. And, although I haven't used it yet, the event management aspect will save us time and money.

I love the ability to due true fund balance accounting. For years I used Peachtree with job costs and spreadsheets to accomplish.

Third, I get lots of complaints from customers about the transaction errors which make it hard to give.

I hate that I have reconnect my bank account on a monthly basis.

I struggled to get a functional income statement by fund. Also, tracking purposes for audits, it didn't really track unrestricted, temp restricted, or perm restricted very well.

Different people brought in on the project that are new and lack the understanding. The managing of the key items, waiting and then the back and forth on how.

I have worked with Multiview software for over 15 years and have never been disappointed in the product or the service. Multiview provides a quality product for an extremely affordable price.

Lack of communication over some of the solutions to the problems.

Initially the sales pitch was a bit pushy to purchase on a quarter ending.

The accounts payable module is good. Drill down ability in the trial balance is very beneficial.

I have been unable to attend a user meeting as traveling to Canada is difficult and costly from Texas.

In hindsight that was due to a sales person knowing they were leaving {they left}, but the company made good on their initial items.

The basics are relatively easy to figure out without much guidance, but anything more involved often requires an outside consultant.

You don't have a designated rep, which makes communication a little more difficult.

My experience with Multiview has been a good one. I use it daily for all things Accounts Payable including Purchase Orders and check production.

I love that it so customizable. You did your own implementation and staff are previous users.

Aside from this, I have errors when printing bulk checks, where I've had to print them individually or generate separate files to compile for one bulk printing job.

Later they asked if we would consider paying some additional cost to achieve them; we initially said no; then said we would if this would finalize it. They set the offer on that.

Overall ease of use and ability to get things done quickly.

I like how there is very customizable reports that can help track things for just about anything. We have made so many very useful reports years ago that we still use today.

For us the jury is still out on whether or not they will make good.

Implementation Team was very good and we had a excellent experience.

Creating and modifying custom reports is easy. Custom interfaces save us a ton of time each month.

I love that you can filter and pull data easily. I like the work flow for AP invoice approval.

The implementation team did not address properly our 4 items that were critical for our needs.

All modules are integrated and post real time. Love the query functions in AP, AR, &GL.

It is hard to data mine the information out of the system. Can't just do a download, have to upload to temporary file to be able to download it.

The buying process and the implementation process were good. It is operating effectively.

We are optimistic that they will do that. The needs we have are industry specific not our company.

Their system appears to be good for all the basic accounting items; it is a bit large to configure but base system is good. At this point the ball is in their court to finalize what was promised.

The customer service I have received has also been incredibly remarkable. Timely answers and solutions to any problems encountered have added to my appreciation of this wonderful product.
