Pros
- With the number of tags we've purchased in the last couple of years, we have yet to pay for Asset Tiger. Customer service is very respective to suggestions and quick to respond.
- The ease of set up from the ground up. We did not have any asset tracking prior to finding this software and it has been great.
Cons
- Also having to close with an X the product updated it awful. It should go away not linger there.
- It's a pain to locate my items. I can completely fill out everything in my columns and nothing appears in my search.
Pros
- The ability to use Sage for small business as far as daily accounting, accounts payable and receivable is vey good. It offers a lot of other useful applications if you wish to grow.
- The ease in use of the program is a major factor for small business people who are not financially savvy. They can use the program without a huge learning curve.
Cons
- The software is quite difficult to use, training online is confusing, and a newbie would struggle in places.
- Horrible customer service. To support that statement: I've been on hold for 1 hour 43 minutes and I'm still on hold.
