The user interface is better and there is no charge for bank accounts or for invoice uploads. Plus the cost per invoice is much better in Appfolio.

Our company uses AvidXchange with NetSuite, and we love the fact that invoices are automatically tied in to the NetSuite bills. Easy way to find a document during audits.

Teams across our organization can submit for reimbursements quickly, contractors can be paid easily, and paper waste is significantly reduced. Customer service is excellent.

As far as we know, there is no way to change that default.

One of the few companies we work with that we actually like and feel we are getting our money's worth with. Definitely urge anyone who is looking for an automated A/P system to give Avid a try.

This allows users to simply open up their Avid Portal (or accounting system if integrated) and see their invoices, code them, approve them and pay them.

This has been a time and money saver for me. Able to have invoices uploaded directly to the portal, and approve and have Avid pay the items on our behalf.

Overall I believe it is a great addition to our Business. The time saved is quite a difference.

It integrates with our MRI property management software, as well as Quickbooks, and provides a multi-layered and visible approach to our invoice submission, approval and payment processes.

The software is easy to use and the support is top notch. Once the workflows are setup invoices move seamlessly through the approval process.

This is a very easy to use software program. The design is nice and flowing through invoice approvals is simple and quick.

Love the ability to search by multiple criteria, including invoice #, vendor name, entity, etc., as well as the ability to view images of the actual invoices themselves.

The software is very easy to use; integration with Skyline is seamless.

What I like most about Avidxchange is once you submit the documents its done.

I feel sometimes the processors are in a hurry and mistype a vendor name or a campus location which creates an error on our end that we have to correct.

Very good, great customer service and a very helpful product.

It would often take up to a week to receive a response that they were completing the stop payment, and when a check is lost you want the payment stopped immediately.

AvidXchange has indexers who automatically enter the basic invoice/bill data, then send it into the proper workflow to be reviewed, approved and paid. Customer Service is phenomenal.

We don't have to file and store thousands of invoices a month and cut and sign checks for all of these payments.

It has made payables much easier and saved us a ton of time.

I like the ease to approve invoices anywhere that you are quickly and accruately.

Easy to use (logical), the price is great, nice design (please never change the layout of the website/templates).

I've only had the app for three months and it updated a month ago. I haven't gotten any help from customer service only excuses and blame, zero attempts to resolve or troubleshoot the problem.

There is plenty of room for customization and you can tailor invoices to your preferences. I used just a very few basic features and that worked for me perfectly.

It was very easy to use until I switched to a new phone.

Really disappointed from when I fist used this program. Once my subscription is up, I'm making a move over to Wave.

I've tried troubleshooting the problem without any assistance from Billdu. They claim the invoices are scrambled because i didn't install necessary updates for two years.

The link to online self service is too long, it appears dodgy thus few customers uses the qoute request function hence still using the clumsy text and email system.

I have kept my booking WAY more organized since using Billdu. I love that it keeps track of my sales tax and it makes doing taxes a breeze.

Creating invoices is simple, and creating an estimate is just as easy. However, the best is that there are different documents that can be created, which gives flexibility to the user.

The best feature for this software is the ability to create so many different types of documents.

Reports helped me to organize and get a better overview of my incomes vs expenses. Very useful is providing access to my accountant that helped me to cut loads of unnecessary work.

I was looking for a reliable invoicing tool for my freelancing gigs and was recommended a Billdu by a friend.

Detailed each job step and prices, materials, man hours, saved it went back to add more and it was no where to be found. 3 hours of my time wasted on this useless software.

This is a brilliant and user friendly software.
