  • Pros

  • I love that it integrates with many related solutions and it’s super simple to use the software.
  • My overall experience with AdvidXchange had increase my knowledge of payment systems and made the office more efficient. It's a great tool and it has helped immensely to keep the vendors satisfied.
  • The avidxchange.com interface is also very easy to use and it is awesome that we get up to date status on each payment.
  • Cons

  • It would often take up to a week to receive a response that they were completing the stop payment, and when a check is lost you want the payment stopped immediately.
  • I feel sometimes the processors are in a hurry and mistype a vendor name or a campus location which creates an error on our end that we have to correct.
  • As far as we know, there is no way to change that default.

  • Seamless integration into our own internal studio process. Best of all its a great user experience and looks great too.
  • The improvement to my project and workflow management is great. The additional educational resources and webinars are great.
  • I really like how personable the product is, I love your live-streams and I love the interface. The UI is super easy to use and it integrates well with accounting systems.
  • Cons

  • Currently, I have to divide each item depending on how much it is to be charged.
  • However, the pain of the learning curve was offset by the support we received.
  • To many emails about stuff , im busy and i don't care , sorry no offence. Support timing sometimes annoying we are in NZ if i have a problem first thing , AUS not at work for 2 hours.
