Pros
- The software is user friendly and super robust allowing non-profits ways to streamline accounting and keep the data integrity.
- Interfaces with our Fund Raising software (Raiser's Edge, I am equally thrilled with that too, and mostly for the same reasons cited herein).
Cons
- Once blackbaud lures you in you are trapped, then they raise the prices , sometimes by three times the original amount, and your company suffers.
- Unless you have a tech department willing to invest time into the api it is hard to do your own in depth analytics out of the box or connect the software to other systems.
Pros
- Zoho is a solid piece of software. Love that they have a client portal.
- First of all, this software is free, so that alone makes it amazing. I enjoy the invoice format and the easy way that it emails the clients when you are ready to send it out.
Cons
- This app cannot be integrated with Zoho inventory which I dislike.
- I had some errors come up on an invoice - this happened repeatedly and I wasn't able to get assistance with this. However, the problem went away on its own.
