Great, Budgetly has been great in helping us transition. Budgetly Staff is attentive and responsive.

Not having to chase and reconcile receipts has saved me at least a full day each month which means I can focus on more important tasks to bring money into the business.

We were able to get the cards up and running successfully after one short session with our staff. Everyone is comfortable using the app and love being able to use the card on their phone.

The Budgetly team have been communicative and friendly throughout onboarding and following up to see whether we have any issues/concerns. Overall we've had a great experience using Budgetly.

Budgetly has fixed this by saving at least 20 hours a week across multiple teams. The way Budgetly's been designed makes it very easy to use and we're loving it.

Great support with Installation and deployment. The system enables us to control expenditure across the team and ensure the expense is charged to the correct job.

We love the quick, personalised videos and regular check-ins, we definitely feel supported. Budgetly has provided a lot more flexibility and control over how we're spending money.

We used to have some issues around fraud when dealing with Australia Post Load and Go cards, but that's not an issue any more.

We love our control over spending limits and money requests and the simplicity of the Budgetly software. The GST Automation will certainly make life easier as well.

We run 22 holidays a year, Budgetly has saved me at least 4 hours per trip without having to reconcile transactions, reimburse staff etc. The Xero integration is also brilliant.

Other apps are clunky but Budgetly is so easy to use. Don't need to rely on their support team to make changes, you can do everything yourself.

You can tell they really put a lot of time and effort into their customer service. Phone calls, custom help videos and email support have all been quick and didn't cost any extra.

Unfortunately these gift vouchers provided no oversight on what people were spending and while we could tell them how much they could spend, we had no way of enforcing this.

The constant emails saying I have LOW BALANCE when I don't. It works on a cycle that isn't relevant to me.

We were using two different providers prior to Budgetly and their online platforms/functionality quite limited.

Each month, we were meant to fill it out with each transaction (how much, what it was for etc.), however our Accounts team usually had to chase up multiple people with missing information every month.

I can call Budgetly straight away and get help as soon as I need it, great customer support.

Their customer service is really detailed and responsive, too.

The help and support has been really good. If I can’t get onto my account manager, the Support team are incredibly helpful.

The customer service is super amazing. The help videos that they created for us have been amazing, we feel empowered and can quickly refer back to these if we need to.

So far so good, some learning to do but overall happy thus far.

I find that some other services only send you to a website to watch videos, however Budgetly gets straight to the point which allows us to move on quickly.

We've enjoyed it, it's a great system. It's easy for non-technical-minded people to use.

My phone app showed that I was not affiliated with any accounts (subsequently having access to no money to draw upon).

Overall this software has been easy to use and integrated well to XERO.

It's easy to use and gives some responsibility  back to our staff to manage their own receipts etc.

For us, the main benefit to Striven was its ability to easily integrate with QBO.

It keeps all of our projects and jobs totally organized and it gives us a snapshot of profitability of each job. The other think is the ease of use.

How wonderful that you say, it would be great if this could happen and within a month or two the change has been made. The customer service is also second to none.

Offering the ability to customize everything from sale order documents to emails. Allowing customizations in the processing of sales orders, invoices, and items.

Very little on this system I don't like. One minor thing that was an issue is the fact that item lines on sales orders could not be moved around.

She patiently worked with me to investigate and  come up with a solution for me. The people at Striven are the best part.

Unlike Quickbooks, Striven has a great customer service support team to help with your setup and any future needs. We do have some additional customizations that we would like to see in Striven.

Ultimately the best value provided by Striven is their personnel. The customer service of Striven is excellent.

They are very responsive to any questions and always do their best to provide the best product possible.

There are so many positives that come to mind about this cloud-based software. First, the Striven employees are amazing and thoroughly know their product/service.

Many other products require you to buy additional items to get more features. Having the project management / time tracking system live in the same place as a full accounting product is a *huge* help.

Their customer support team has real people responding to your questions and they have great response time and are always happy to help.

The different departments worked very well together to pass along information that had been given so that our company did not have to constantly repeat information for the integration.

Striven is a great product to use with a staff that is even greater to work with.
