ELEAD CRM integrates very well from CDK DMS. It has useful features like fully customizable templates, Google Maps and phone number reverse lookup.

The support team bring great credit to eLead1One  team. The customer support is a valuable asset to the organization and a pleasure to work with.

CDK Global is so much easier to use than the competition. It is packed with features and is user friendly.

Lack of certain certifications for various programs. Inability to house video and photos URLs for Vehicle Inventory.

There has been little to no innovation and their customer service is horrible.

The support team is halfway decent at helping most of the time.

Using it is just annoying. DMS was a nightmare when we changed (went from reynolds and reynolds), not one person preferred CDK over Reynolds.

CDK's user interface sucks and this is the main draw back. The setup also was not as expected, it was way harder.

Ease of reporting once you know how to format.

CDK just seems to suck all around. It is an okay product with a really crappy system.

I also like the simplicity of viewing the customer details and notes. The support that I get from my executive is also awesome and probably the best part about working with Elead.

There is a great calendar that  organizes you day and shows your appointments. For Smaller lots its a great tool but you might be wasting you money if you don't generate a lot of internet leads.

The thing I like best about CDK is I like the fact that it is everything in 1 place. You can do everything needed for an RO.

Ease of use and customizable options make this the obvious choice.

I find everything in there easy to navigate and run. Especially the ability to customize the desktops to open the tabs you need each day.

This company has one of the easiest websites to manager. You can make changes on the fly and also have an amazing support staff.

Bloated, cumbersome, limited these are the words that come to mind for CDK.

The CDK/PFW software is rather good for the Agricultural/Turf dealer. We're using it SAS and uptime is usually pretty good.

The customer service is second to none. I fell like they are actually on my team and want the dealership to succeed.

Had this software for @  2 years, and they don't know rental. Support tries/development is terrible.

This program/company is obviously a long time, solid option for dealerships. Great support, easy to call and get help.

The platform works pretty well with other software like wi advisor and standalone kiosk so integration of other software appears to be easy which is helpful.

The website looks horrible compared to others. Using it for service is a nightmare.

CDK is robust in features, and can integrate with most any other automotive software. CDK provides many functions that dealerships must have to operate successfully.

Inability or limited ability to navigate backside platforms. Price point is a bit high; Automated DMS tends to be with all companies.

It is very easily to switch from  one task to another, and from one department to  another. During multitasking it  is awasome and  makes it easy to move from one item to another.

Exiting out of the application is the best part of CDK.

And, they have become GREEDY as hell, they are way too expensive and getting worse. If I could find a more reasonably priced application I will be gone soon.

Formatting reports is difficult. Admittedly I haven't done the training.

I would recommend because it is inexpensive and customer service is very fast.

I love that it can feed to most online directories. I love the CRM option as well, but you have to pay for it.

Unfortunately, CDK is still lacking in cutting edge technology. Their websites are just re-skinned cobalt websites.

Great piece of software, offers more functionality than other CRMs at the same cost.

Interface is stuck in the early 2000s. Missing some integrations and tools that other CRMs had built in from the beginning.

Some minor issues, but good response times from their customer service and tech support.

Miserable to add pages, their idiotic audience tag prevents us from adding our own photos. Most changes require their assistance solely due to the sites poor design.

This is an easy to use ERP, cheap and designed accordingly to small business (10 - 100 peoples) without any problems, Is a low-cost efficient software.

The process of updating and applying notes / settings is still complex and makes daily management difficult.

It is perfect for so many industries since comercial, financial, logistics and inventory aspect.

This is an issue if you are a multi currency business as it makes reconciliations very difficult.

Look for a good partner that can assist you from training to customization: this will make the big difference in your company.

Good ecosystem and a wide variety of add ons and extensions. SAP is improving it integration capabilities and tools finally as well.

Especially  for sales, it is an essential tool, because it manage CRM data very good. In terms of order management and technical configuration of products it is very easy to adapt.

The product has very powerful analytical tools and easy to use and easy to deploy.

Well featured and good fit for most businesses, even manufacturers. Has good functionality of the box.

No payrolling, you need to  maintain the business process integration between the two products. Lack flexibility to choose the modules or functions you want.

I recommend to purchase technical support option and those guys will be there for you whenever you need help.

Product is OK if errors are made in inital setup very hard to imposible to change.

The structure of the modules and the configuration tab. It is easy to browse and move around the user graphical Interface.

Every action that was done by users are saved and cannot delete anything which is good for checking the whole picture.

What I like most about SAP Business One is the customer support and training before certain modules are activated.

It's very powerful and versatile for use in almost any organisation. The ability to modify for your own use is almost limitless if you are prepared to invest a lot of money over time.

The customer service team has been responsive and timely in fixing most of our issues.

Because it seamlessly connects with other SAP systems, it is perhaps the greatest robust, dependable, compliance solution for corporate and large companies.

SAP BO has allowed us to have better control over operations. More granular accesses and better automated authorization processes.

I liked the overall idea to contain all administrative and sales/marketing tools inside.

This is an easy to use, easy to set up ERP which is very good for small/medium size businesses and covers most of the main functionality that an accounting department would need.

Thanks to strong product support, it is possible to adapt the program to local conditions and requirements within one country.

As a civil procurement engineer, I like the procurement and supply chain in SAP, it is easy to use and very practical.

This always had alot of bugs that made it difficult to do some things.

It is great software to use along with third party add-ons to keep track of inventory, pricing, etc.

The software have all most all features of a ERP. Good for medium and small scale business and this best software for rapidly growing business.

It was very difficult to learn took a lot of mistakes in my part to eventually know what not to do.

Use the help guides and or online tutorials. If you have any question you can call customer service they can.

Entering CRM data, entering customer visit data, expenses etc are quite nice. After entering data, the software offers you opportunities.

Hard to be an expert, takes one year to kkow almost everything in just one module.

I lack a more distinctive user interface, but SAPU programmers are able to customize them for you. More investment in hardware is needed.
