The drop down lists are a little confusing to determine the type of expense, and certify doesn't allow you to go in and change them to your specific company needs.

The interface is user friendly  And all my information migrated over with the click of a button (With the exception of The existing appointments on my old CRM. Those didn't transfer over).

They are allowed to have their reason if they don't want our business or we aren't in their ideal market... but there's been no communication about that. No response is a very bad response.
