  • Pros

  • Easy track and save money for employer and employee on travel and utilities expenses. Easily submit receipts for reimbursements.
  • EASY ACCESS AND VERY USER FRIENDLY. It is the best software on the market.
  • Cons

  • Additional hidden costs, lack of integration with other tools and applications. Sometimes felt the product to be slow.
  • And if your organization has put in confusing policies/rules (or just not implemented them all the way) you can run into some roadblocks.

  • The ease of use, and the customer response time, initially and ongoing as needed. I like the customization options specifically for Martial Arts.
  • This system is extremely user friendly and it has been a smooth transition from our previous software. Very easy to navigate through all our memberships and features.
  • Cons

  • The only one thing I have found that I have had trouble with is when I search for a member if they are frozen their name doesn't come up in the search. I have to go to the frozen tab to find them.
  • I dislike not being able to give INDIVIDUAL stripes when a promotion is made. I can put stripes on the color belts, but it shows everyone with the same stripes.
