A key tool for remote management.
This software was the critical tool that allowed me to make check payments when geographically separated from the company's bookkeeper. This tool provided all the necessary resources to effectively manage this part of the business.
CONSThere were several occasions when the software would not allow me to delete items in the feed.

Approval and Payment solution
Great customer service and the app is really easy to set up and easy to use.
PROSCheckrun solves the challenge of connecting my accounts payable team with our approvers and check signers, wherever they are. We all work remotely and Checkrun has a mobile app so we can approve and sign payments right from the app. The signature shows up on the check and the app keeps track of all workflow steps so we never miss a payment. They also have a print and mail service or you can print checks out yourself. It is a nice app that works for us.
CONSThey don't have ACH right now but I was told they are adding it soon.

I'd recommend other organizations to use this
Stores all our checks from the past to present hence when we need to look into something, all we need to do is check Checkrun and voila inquiry answered.
CONSThere were instances where the check numbers printed weren't the check numbers reflected on our books.

I use check run weekly to print checks for our contractors. Like I've said it is very user friendly and I would most definetly reccomend especially for a small business.
PROSWhat I like most about this software is that it is very user friendly. I also enjoy that if or when I run into any minor issues customer support gets back to me asap. I would definitely reccomend.
CONSIf there is a minor mistake of not being able to print the checks you cannot go back in and reprint if you have selected " yes all checks printed correctly" I get that may be due to preventing fraud however it's slightly inconvient. Just need to be more careful when selecting options around printing.

Best addon ever!
Excellent. We have only had a problem once due to a login issue. Tech support was so helpful. Issue was resolved immediately!
PROSLove that we can write checks in QBO and send for approval electronically. Makes dual signatures so much easier to manage when you're not in the same office.
CONSNothing, it works so well! I can't think of one thing that would make this product better for our needs.
