Pros/Cons
Pros
- Fund accounting, ease of use, responsive and kind customer service, they seem to care about helping their customers have a good experience instead of just getting money out them.
- The ChurchTrac tech team has been BEYOND HELPFUL, FRIENDLY, HAPPY, JOYFUL and it's very apparent they love their product and love helping us, their customers.
- Integration is super easy. The two things I love the most about ChurchTrac are the attendance/database, as well as the scheduling.
Cons
- We used to be able to see a running total as we entered donations but after a recent change that is no longer there. It doesn't change the outcome but we do miss being able to see that.
- Along with the very unprofessional way it was handled.
- Most of my challenges I had/have with using ChurchTrac are due to my lack of knowledge on accounting.
Pros
- Love its versatility and great price for what you get. Love all the functionalities and how you can track and keep a record of meetings, attendance, planning, etc.
- The member planning is pretty great as well. I love that you can see in real time which members invited have accepted, declined or have not responded to invitations.
- I love that Planning Center has the ability to keep large groups of people/staffs on task and well aware of what is going on. I also love all the customizations you can add to it.
Cons
- My main complaint about the product is that it is difficult to create teams Volunteers and the service planning tool is awkward when applied to children’s ministries.
- I often struggle to find what I'm looking for. It's difficult to navigate and can be frustrating at times.
- It's a little awkward to block out multiple days in the calendar that aren't consecutive.
