I like that I can place my requisitions anytime and from anywhere. That I can track the approval flow is also a plus for Coupa.

If Coupa would assist the supplier more it would help their customers in implementing some of the solutions (cXML, Flat File, etc.).

I've been using TripScanner for a few months and am impressed by the comprehensive reporting and ease of use.

Coupa is a reliable software, with good security measures. It has different funcionalities, such as receiving POs, sending invoices, etc.

Coupa enables you to identify new markets to market or buy products, as well as enables you to find the best prices and many good offers.

I have to log in to other's such as (not real names) Aribah and VendorCalfA and they both suc. Coupa is so easy for vendors, 2 easy steps.

Very bad, always have problems with the page, can't change the password and the message error is a random message that do not help.

Coupa’s ability to take inputs in any form (question, statement, text, numeric, percentages, etc) and track and compare them is incredibly useful for the bidding process.

If an invoice is disputed, it is hard to delete it.

The following features are most amazing to me. Requisition and PO management.

It also allows you to run queries to tabulate budgetary expenses and track historical expenditure. Creating a Purchase Requisition is fairly easy and straightforward.

Specifically, we are struggling with the supplier integration and though we have weekly calls, we are still having problems.

Implementation can be painful depending on which route you go.

While the product provides a good value to it's primary functionality, the product lacks a level of polish to it. The navigation and processes to do specific steps feel clunky and not very smooth.

When adding another line to the items in cart, it makes you completely re-enter all information which is frustrating when the items are linked but may just be different in price.

Being able to Purchase and pay out of one system. Instead of using two systems that don't talk to each other.

I like how helpful the global search is and how integrated it is with specific punchout, also how easy it is to track and receive orders.

The user interface is good and it allows real time tracking of your transactions.

Helps better keep track of the purchases needed for the company (whether they be large or small). Ties the purchases to a PO for Accounting and Finance teams to keep track of.

Overall experience is good with Coupa Support and must be recommended.

I am satisfied with how coupa is used for B2B purchases and how most vendors is easily found when issuing the PO.

It took me almost no time to get set up and start using the service.

It is a great value, as the price is very low, yet it gives you very valuable information and it can also save you money on hotels, car rentals.

Our company was stuck in an antiquated paper-based system of tracking indirect spend.

The vendor receives the purchase order once approved via email. Once the service has been received attaching the invoice and the closure procedure is easy as well.

As a member of the finance team this is a useful too that helps us track expenses and make sure that we are charging to the correct cost centers. The approval process is also very helpful.

Effectively reduces cost, better operational efficiencies and better end user experience.

The Customer Support has been wonderful so far. They always get answers right back to you and walk us through suggested options to try.

Overall my experience has been fantastic. I am beginning to get reporting at a detailed level that I've never had, I enjoy the audit trails and Audit oversights.

I cant seem to be able to edit items from a copied requistion when its a product already in the system catalog; thats a no brainier really.

The expectation for the user to understand the full reimbursement policy of the company may be to high. There is no built in calculation to reduce a reimbursement by type selected.

Mobile support is a good thing. Customer support is great.

It's difficult to search for created items in Coupa.

Vendor overpromises, underdelivers. Universal search bar is terrible.

I find Coupa to be a poorly designed product, difficult to use, lacking many basic features, and which adds layers of complexity to minor workflows.

Coupa speed is excellent and its is easy to use, whenever nee features are launched they are also easy to deploy and integration was smooth.

Coupa Expense is very easy to use with plenty of amazing features.

Requires sales management to proactively log-in. This can make it difficult to incorporate into existing reporting processes.

Fantastic customer support. Quick responses and always eager to help.

I'm hard-pressed to find anything I dislike about this product or company.

I use insight squared to track my progress regarding outbound calls, submissions, interviews and placements.

Even less analytics savvy users will be able to benefit from a wealth of digestible data from this solution with little or no guidance.

Great tool for really looking at your sales data to find trends beyond what SF provides. Great graphing, great ways to look at data at a macro and at a micro level.

InsightSquared knows what a Sales organization cares about and provides that data in helpful ways to access reports and gain insights.

It's an easy to use tool. It integrates really well with our CRM system Bullhorn.

Great Visualizations and Personalization Options.

A very impressive tool to help a sales orginization.

I like the intuitive nature of the reporting and dashboards. It makes board prep easy and internal reporting a breeze.

I use InsightSquared to help forecast my expected revenue, and also review some of my key states as a salesperson.

It can be a little difficult to understand with how to configure if you do not pay attention during the product training.

Some of the out of the box dashboards have become critical for our day to day business but some functionality is also limited.

Insight Squared:  invaluable when managing rapid growth.

Broad array of metrics but limited customization.

Time stamps salesforce changes to create robust pipeline tracking. Can have custom buildouts done.

I also love the ability to customize anything (cards, view, colors, etc). If you're looking to track different factors related to production, this is a fantastic option.

Is that I have maybe had to build 2 Salesforce reports since using it, and for that it's awesome. Keeps my reps super accountable.

Great followup, great technical support. Very happy with the implementation as well.

Its strongest features are probably its ease of use, impressive report filtering features, and its out-of-the-box reports and dashboards.

Ease of use, great visual representation of data, depth of data available is awesome.

They are super helpful if you ever have any questions, and the product speaks for itself.

Super easy to set up and maintain. The insights given are extremely helpful and give salesreps the opportunity to know their numbers and work towards improvement.

I would definitely invest in InsightSquared for a sales team.

Bottom line:  If you are navigating a rapid growth software business...license Insight Squared. It's ROI will be witin the same quarter.

There is no real time sync set up with Salesforce and so if I change something, it can take an hour to reflect. This is incredibly minor though.

Easy to create various dashboards and charts. Useful tool for viewing/judging sales team metrics.
