The best FP&A software tool on the market!

Pros

By far the best tool on the market for FP&A. Cube works by connecting existing spreadsheets & source systems into a powerful analytics hub which means faster insights for us. This makes it incredibly easy to automate, actualize and analyze all our reporting as well as collaborate with the team to build accurate forecasts. We save hours and headcount because of this tool. Having a single source of truth means we have been able to eliminate errors in our calculations.

Cons

I wish I knew about it earlier as we were wasting so much time and money doing this manually.

Impressive tool with ease of usability

Cube allowed us to run different scenarios in real time, side by side, allowing for visibility and clarity in making important organizational decisions in real time.

Pros

Cube is super easy to use and it us highly intuitive. It allows for multiple scenarios and comparisons as well as various tweeks if needed. The platform is very self explanatory and hard to "break".

Cons

Because this software is based on an info aggregating model, sometimes when a mistake is made it is a bit cumbersome to fix data vs just going into the database and erasing extra entries. They must be overwritten.

Reasons for switching to Cube

Easy of usability, connectivity to Google Sheets, intuitiveness of the software and amazing customer support.

If you're on Quickbooks, then you need Cube

Cube has allowed us to significantly reduce manual work and enhance our financial reporting process.

Pros

From an Accounting perspective, I primarily use Cube as a consolidation and reporting tool. We set up a live data connection to Quickbooks and it effectively consolidates financial data from multiple instances in seconds - minutes. It saves me hours during month-end close and allows me to easily perform ad hoc analysis on a daily basis. I love that it lets me work within both Google sheets and Excel, while maintaining whatever format I choose. Plus, it was easy to set up and the Customer Service is excellent if you have any issues or questions.

Cons

I don't have any specific dislikes. I have monthly meetings with the Customer Success & Product leads and they listen to my feedback (which is actually another thing I like most about this software).
