  • Pros

  • I love that it is easy to reorder checks from before, and it's great to customize what we want.
  • This has totally changed our payout process, allowing us to quickly and instantly pay out a lot of clients. It's a really fantastic solution that has saved us money and improved our service.
  • Very positive experience with Deluxe eChecks. Have called their customer service department and found them to be very positive and helpful.
  • Cons

  • Worst experience I’ve ever had if I get no new information in the next 24 hours I will be filing a lawsuit.
  • They also started spamming me as soon as I signed up and they don't let you unsubscribe or cancel your account without calling them.
  • Also most grocery stores that offer money services refuse to take them.

  • Yes, your company is great to expedite credit card processing for our national company. Justin, is the very best and most knowledgeable.
  • They are very courteous, knowledgeable and respectful of your time. I'm sure no matter who you get in customer service to help you, you will be very satisfied.
  • I have been using eBiz for several years, this is the Best Customer Service vendor for credit cards I have ever experienced. It is very user friendly, and the quality of the product is Great.

  • Very slow to load - specifically the POS, very slow to load. This is frustrating when on the phone with a customer that wants to pay their bills, but have to wait for the POS to load.
  • One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.
  • I have nothing to contribute here. Why do you insist that I write something negative here.
