Pros
- This app allows you to save all of your personal information and important documents in a secure place. You are also allowed to create separate vaults.
- While I am still in the transition phase of navigating around in the system and getting historical data imported; I do like the point and click simplicity of a windows type application.
Cons
- Dealing with offshore resources is not ideal. Phone/Google Connections are not clear and it is difficult to understand resources most often.
- There is a time delay when asking a question, because most of their personnel are overseas (I think). Ask a question today and get a reply the next day.
Pros
- ZipBooks is the most affordable, feature rich accounting software I've ever used. It allows me to accomplish everything I need, from sending expenses, to tracking time and expenses, to invoicing.
- I have been using Zipbooks since last year and I have enjoyed the ease of use. They clean interface is very appealing.
Cons
- Response times in my experience have been days and I am a paid member. Along with the responses are silly gifs some people may dig, but when you have a problem, it's downright insulting.
- It may be that I'm misremembering and it's just not possible to export without paying, which would also be a problem.
