Finexio Payment Processing Partner

Overall experience has been very beneficial. Finexio creates efficiencies and decreases the number of FTEs.

PROS

Finexio has been a great partner to Avid for over a year. They automate and expedite the payment process.

CONS

Slow to make enhancements to their online platform and dashboards.

Reason for choosing Finexio

Finexio is the leader in AP payment processing and offer a white glove service approach to their partners.

Software has Potential- Great Service

I really like Finexio. I love the team, and I see a lot of potential with the software.

PROS

Searching features for a payment is great. The different options to search by is very good. Viewing the checks sent and when paid. The date the file was received to payment processed.

CONS

Do not like the lack of information/transparency in details in aging and stop payments. No reconciliation features. The export feature should also be available in Pdf. The software lacks reporting features that are important to an AP team AND accounting team. Visibility to changes with vendor information is also important AND if a vendor contacts Finexio the ability for us to view the inquiries would help avoid double work. The aging report when you have to go back out to view the actual payment.

My Finexio Review

PROS

I like that I am able to use filters when searching vendor information.

CONS

The portal does not always have accurate information. Check images not always available.

The use of the Finexio portal is excellent.

The overall experience with Finexio is pretty good. The website portal is user friendly, the customer support team at Finexio is always responsive and helpful. Whenever we are proving the feedback, they will improve it and make the use more convenient for us. Really appreciate it.

PROS

It is easy to use the portal, like filter/search the check payments, and also we can download the reports that we need at anytime.

CONS

So far using this software is pretty good. When we have new requests about the portal feedback, they will try to help us.

We are growing pretty fast and payments with checks was an issue. It was a pleasure working with all consultants, very professional and efficient.

PROS

Process is easy, it helps that now we can update address for vendor, check the status of payment, and see all outstanding payments. Easy access, in one place for all these info. Lost of good changes from the original version.

CONS

Changing payment method or updating payment method. Too many personal questions. Our policy is not allowing us providing our personal info, so vendors need to work directly with Finexio.

Love it! The software you can get anywhere but the support and staff are amazing.

PROS

The level of customer service is unmatched. The support staff answers immediately and is always available for vendor questions.

CONS

Certain features missing. New features are added quite often and they seem to take our feedback into consideration when we have a feature we would like to add.

FInexio / Student Payments

Great experience.

PROS

Students have the ability to have e-checks deposited into their account. They can also choose ACh deposit to their bank account. Should they want a paper check, they can have one mailed to the address of their choice.

CONS

I wish the ACH payments were faster. Finexio is working to reduce the ACH payment interval.

New User - Accounts Payable Processes

PROS

The customer service is amazing, and very responsive with requests. Request process was streamlined on the reports for quicker response times as well. This also makes managing payments to our vendors extremely easy as it's all in one place for distribution.

CONS

The reporting isn't always the easiest to read, there are times where we have to reach out to ask questions about the status of payments. However, the customer service is always quick to respond.

We've had great success using the product. The rollout each time of updates has also improved the use of the product and helped streamline payments.

PROS

The ease of submitting payment files is definitely a pro. It saves time for you to be able to complete other tasks during the day. The ease of reviewing and editing the payment files if there are errors is very easy to use as well.

CONS

No cons that I can think of. Nice work with the product!
