I like that it is user friendly, drag and drop feature makes it easy to run ad hoc reports. Love the line item detail and notes feature in the templates.

Great experience for me. We have a dedicated business systems resource on our team who helps a lot.

I originally got into Host for budgeting and it has been great for that, but I have found it great for many other things. I also love the way it can grow with me.

It can be difficult to set up a report template. Not all the modules have the same reporting tools.

Customer service is second to none. In my 30+ years in planning and analysis, I have never found a team so dedicated to ensuring their customer's success.

I was never able to go live. Never got any value out of it and they made me pay for 2 years.

It's extremely user friendly, easy to use, and allows our team to quickly consolidate, close and provide detailed financial reports each month.

The inability to do calculations in the report without creating a new template. Also as we are on Macs the inability to use spotlight in Mac Excel.

The planning tool helped us standardize our budgeting process and we're very impressed with the workforce planning module that helped us easily managing our headcount and compensation estimate.

We love the ease and flexibility of the tool. The monthly releases mean that the product is constantly making improvements.

A data pull is not immediate and can cause some frustration if data is not pulled 100% accurately the first time.

Our planning process runs more smoothly and efficiently again with less errors. We are able to consolidate our plans quicker.

OVerall is a great tool for the ease of standardizing and managing  our reports.

I love that I can essentially use it for free and only get charged when a client makes a payment. I love that recurring billings, products and subscriptions can be created easily.

I don't like that you cant pro-rate a month of service, this makes it difficult to keep billing dates consistent.

Stripe within my business its a winner. From its ease of use to it integrations.

I work mostly from my computer and its easy to get into and if I can't remember how to do one functions I can easily get what I need from their support forums or support chat.

I liked Stripe Bilings documentation and features the most. For documentation it's top notch, offing clear, easy to follow instructions and examples, really making an engineers life easier.

Seems like the most reliable and security conscious, which is why I think all the course hosting platforms are using them.

I personally like them much better then Paypal.

The only bit about this software that is frustrating is that it takes a while for the money to arrive in your bank.

I like that I can use it directly as well as integrate it with my own point of sale system.
