OASIS Financials by Intellitek Systems is a hybrid accounting solution that provides businesses across various industry verticals, financial applications, which help them to manage their accounting, bookkeeping and financial management needs.

OASIS Financials includes various components that can be implemented in a package or individually. The components include accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow management, collections management, cost management, financial planning and budgeting, general ledger and more.

OASIS Financials helps users to establish invoice processing, record and manage receipts and reductions, check daily balances and send tailored overdue notices to the defaulters. The solution's cost management module helps users to manage cost structure setup, item costing, cost rollups, production cost updates and reporting requirements.

Additionally, OASIS Financials features inventory management, profitability manager, purchase order management and requisition management. Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via phone, email and other online resources.

To the best of my knowledge, it cannot be installed on a server.

Recommendations

Give it a trial run to see if its right for you, but I bet it will be sufficient for any small to midsized business.

Not many people around here use it regularly, so getting insights into it is hard.

It saves time and paper. Data can be entered and saved.

Likes Least

It is very confusing to use. Isn't designed to use at remote location. Multiple versions of same forms but they cannot be used interchangeable. Lack of software support.

Recommendations

Doesn't have automatic save function. Can loose data if power goes out or computer has a glitch. Too many clicks to get to forms. Difficult to navigate through software.

Cost of the tools and equipment. Also, IT suppoort periodically.

Recommendations

Connect Oasis allows me to be aware of each of my projects in real time, as well as gather information about field conditions, analyze the plan, and finally execute the project until its completion, thus obtaining good results.

Cons

It has a wide range of tools, which allows me to create successful projects, I recommend those who want to have control in their hands.
