SOFTWARE USER EXPIRIENCE IS OUTSTANDING

IPS Customer service, troubleshooting, resolution response time is exceptional.

Pros

IPS software allows for invoice image, critical metadata capture, approval workflow, that integrates nicely with our financial system. The software also helps our Accounts Payable and Procurement departments with invoice reporting/visibility and sourcing spend under management to drive better purchasing policy compliance.

Cons

We have no current issues or concerns with the software.

IPS Workflow

Pros

I love the intuitiveness, I have used many tools in the same functional area and the IPS workflow tool is by far the most intuitive and user friendly application I have used.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a few seconds to return search documents, but we have such a large volume in the database that is understandable, and a few seconds is nothing, it's just in this day and age we are all so impatient we want things NOW, and 2 seconds seems a long time :-)

It has streamline the A/P process providing cost savings while not sacrificing accuracy.

Pros

Data is retrieved relatively quickly with many search options available. Product enhancement such as the IPS portal.

Cons

When doing searches, at times, the results are inconsistent. Sometimes an item is found and at other times it is not pulled in on the same search.
