Cooperative and friendly support, I have always received quick responses from their customer support and have been able to resolve arising issues. It is a good system for keeping all of our R+D claims organised. We scaled back our R+D a lot, and the team were very responsive and proactive in reducing the price to reflect that. #### Cons There were some issues with the automated/upload calculation sections, but I think these were teething issues a couple of years ago.
