Dynamics 365  is a great app provided by Microsoft to run your business. Being a part of the Microsoft is a huge advantage as it becomes more integrated to other MS Office programs.

It needs some customization for your need and sometime it gives you errors and that is little unlikely to be in Microsoft products.

It is nice software, easy to use. The UI is also good, neet and clean.

It's very easy to navigate and if you need help, the help box is right there. If you need live help, you can always contact a rep to help.

I really like this integration of Microsoft and the way it is set up to help expand on project and business management.

Great for our sales department to track leads. The best part that will help with my job, fewer spreadsheets to use.

For my role, Dynamics provides excellent task/case/customer management features allowing me to resolve customer issues quickly and provide better overall service.

The support team is very prompt and helpful, with their help you can use Dynamics to the best of it capabilities.

Since having this product, we have seen an increase in company revenue due to increase in sales as this product helps us to facilitate communications between the company and its clients.

Overall experience of this software is preety much better then others. I would says it's just amazing and very easy to use.

Honestly the cost is considered acceptable, the level of help and support is very good, Microsoft is more and more surprising for a better future.

It turns some people off to products when they have to wait for a live agent, and even worse- that's the only option. I didn't make this a priority simply because I'm not in the category.

Hence it is the useful software for the good customer reporting.

Overall my experience is great. It is terrific value for your money and does the job better than most CRMs.

Dynamics has been a great addition. Our sales team has learn to make small customization and our Finance teams love how powerful it is.

It just was a poor design of software it should have been a step by step tutorial but if wasn't it was jus ban there you go.

A necessary evil that I'd rather not deal with, but I have no choice but to do so.

I also tried one of the best introduced versions Flow/Power Automate and Canvas Apps which is amazing. What I like the most is that it is very easy to use and it gives more value to my money.

Great help desk/customer service and very user friendly software.

Some of the reports are difficult to get to compared to the other accounting software that I use.

Only in the last year have we had any complaints about WolfePak.

The support is top notch. If you do things as they are recommended it work beautifully.

It's easy to use, very efficient, has great time saving tools and the support team is really top notch.

When we have a problem and call technical support. We are not too sure if the technician has the knowledge and understanding of the product to answer our question or fix our problem.

I absolutely love the scanning module as it allows all users who have access to visually see invoices or other pertinent information without rummaging through files or continually asking.

Typically we are trying to do something new if we need support, in prior years the team was awesome and always helpful. The updates to WP have been very useful and on point for FP.

Wolfepak has great customer support for any kind of issue you may encounter with the software. I have found that they listen to customer feedback and make changes/enhancements to the software.

WP has allowed more flexibility and quicker processing. On a day-to-day basis the software is excellent; quick, easy to navigate, etc.

Customer support is great but necessary. Glad to switch over to WP from a less expensive but weaker O/G software.

The last twenty-one years with Wolfepak have been great for our organization.

I'm not sure I have an answer. Maybe I biased since I've been using for so long.

They have seminars yearly to improve you skills if needed, which is great. But anytime I've called support they have helped solve my problem.

After some time I was able to do anything I wanted with the software and felt confident. However, after using other oil & gas software I realized this Wolfpak this is far better than the rest.
