I have worked with Multiview software for over 15 years and have never been disappointed in the product or the service. Multiview provides a quality product for an extremely affordable price.

Lack of communication over some of the solutions to the problems.

Initially the sales pitch was a bit pushy to purchase on a quarter ending.

The accounts payable module is good. Drill down ability in the trial balance is very beneficial.

The basics are relatively easy to figure out without much guidance, but anything more involved often requires an outside consultant.

You don't have a designated rep, which makes communication a little more difficult.

My experience with Multiview has been a good one. I use it daily for all things Accounts Payable including Purchase Orders and check production.

I love that it so customizable. You did your own implementation and staff are previous users.

Aside from this, I have errors when printing bulk checks, where I've had to print them individually or generate separate files to compile for one bulk printing job.

Later they asked if we would consider paying some additional cost to achieve them; we initially said no; then said we would if this would finalize it. They set the offer on that.

Overall ease of use and ability to get things done quickly.

I like how there is very customizable reports that can help track things for just about anything. We have made so many very useful reports years ago that we still use today.

For us the jury is still out on whether or not they will make good.

Implementation Team was very good and we had a excellent experience.

Creating and modifying custom reports is easy. Custom interfaces save us a ton of time each month.

I love that you can filter and pull data easily. I like the work flow for AP invoice approval.

The implementation team did not address properly our 4 items that were critical for our needs.

All modules are integrated and post real time. Love the query functions in AP, AR, &GL.

It is hard to data mine the information out of the system. Can't just do a download, have to upload to temporary file to be able to download it.

The buying process and the implementation process were good. It is operating effectively.

We are optimistic that they will do that. The needs we have are industry specific not our company.

I have been quite pleased with Multiview. We had a great implementation team.

Their system appears to be good for all the basic accounting items; it is a bit large to configure but base system is good. At this point the ball is in their court to finalize what was promised.

The customer service I have received has also been incredibly remarkable. Timely answers and solutions to any problems encountered have added to my appreciation of this wonderful product.

Yea it might not have all the features of Line 50, but we're a fairly small team so I just wanted something that gets the job done properly with no effort or fuss. And the difference in price.

Pandle is very useful for folving the usual accountancy and bookkeeping problems. Pandle was one of the first to be prepared for MTD.

Our bookkeeping and vat return now takes a few hours every month to get done instead of 2+ days of stress.

Has a bank feed feature which I never seemed to be able to get working even though my bank was on the list. Easy enough to import the transactions manually though.

Pandle is like a breath of fresh air, it handles everything perfectly. At last a user interface that is easy to use but can handle complex accounting if required.

Importing a little complicating. Did  not  have standard GAAP  layout Income Statement  relating  to  Gross Profit.

I have been using this software for about a month now and it's perfect for my needs.

It's got a terrible layout and not at all intuitive. The worse things though is the lag, due to the cloud nature of the recording data, it took an age to enter it.

I am slowly changing all my clients over to Pandle and always recommend Pandle if asked for an opinion.

I am an accountant and also offer a bookkeeping service. I seem to be able to produce sets of accounts fairly quickly - which is very useful.

Everything I need to do is done (preparation of my Limited Company accounts). I no longer use an accountant as all that I need is right here in the Pandle app.

First and foremost the excellent support via the online chat. Second to none in my opinion.

Pandle is just so much easier to use than anything else I've tried and is really intuitive in how it works.

Reports are good happy that some can now be printed off as a PDF. Also quite please with reports in Excel as they  are easy to manipulate into what I want.

Plus if you are ever stuck there is a selection of tutorial videos which are great at guiding you through how to input everything. An extremely helpful piece of business software.
