In summary I would say that I am very satisfied with the Paypal service for purchases, payment, especially immediate worldwide. Its clear and noble interface makes the operations pleasant.

I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.

What I liked most about this software was definitely the customer service. They were excellent in helping solve my issue and in a timely manner.

Easy to use and acceptable by tons of merchants/sellers. I also appreciate their support, as they have helped me resolves issues promptly.

I love how protective the company is and they are extremely reliable I love them they are just simply amazing.

The two things I hate about PayPal is its account limiting and favoring buyers disputes over sellers. This has promoted so much fraud.

Crystal reports is a steep learning curve and for a new user can be difficult to know where to start and is time consuming.

The powerful features and user-friendly interface make it a great tool for report creation, and the cost of the software is worth the investment for businesses that need the advanced features.

There is also no version available for the Apple Mac, which means no support for iOS devices.

I don't like how there's no back button when you are actually in a report. I have to do a search all over again which can be annoying.

The licensing model is confusing. It has poor customer support.

We are providing solutions for HR and ERP. End of the day whatever the configurations or customization we need clients are focusing on the out-put to present as a report.

The ability to link in SQL Commands makes this software terrific and the DB linking is actually pretty intuitive.

There was a lot of work required for integration of data. Lack of training was another hindrance.

Difficult to learn, not intuitive. Tutorials purchased from another vendor were invaluable.

As a developer, I am happy by using the Crystal report to create reports which is easy to use.

The most difficult problem to overcome is the necessity to be logged into the database in order to run a report.

For the complex reports you still need a knowledge of sql and how to write stored procedures. Missing customization and formatting issues on some of the components.

What I like most about this software is it's seamless integration with our own program and the flexibility it offers us.
