Having to go to the website to use on my phone. It is difficult to use and see.

Roll is straightforward and easy to use. It has a fantastic 'flow' to it that just makes sense.

Creating past invoices can be difficult, particularly using the calendar to select dates as sometimes it ends up jumping to the wrong date.

It combines great features into one amazing package. I can track my time, store client and project details, keep track of payment details and even see project progress at a glance.

The quoting and integration with Xero is fantastic.

Roll makes it really easy for me to manage my work, track my time or set up retainers and send my invoices. I love the Dashboard that shows me how much money I've got coming in in the next few months.

The ability to set up tasks and notes is also great - love the notes section, as that's where we can jot things that are sometimes forgotten.

It can handle project costs and track time with the ability to set time budgets as well as assign tasks to others. Our team also love the user interface.

It is a little tricky to use for repeating work.

I can't adjust the width of columns in 'all projects' or 'all contacts' view so longer names or descriptions are cut off.

Love how they talk to each other (both ways) and Roll just 'knows' what the next invoice in Xero is. Also, I like how I can approve the invoice and then send a PDF myself via Xero.

Maybe a little complicated for technologically challenged. I don't really consider this a serious con however.

I like that is it integrated with slack. It makes requesting a card so easy.

Solid for recurring expenses, but there are better options out there.

It's a great tool to request budget and purchase online.

I have found that TeamPay has been a useful tool to help with those smaller purchases that do not require contracts. It makes it easier for employees to purchase without going through PO process.

While I am still exploring how to use this software, I am fairly confident that I will be able to use this to make my business run more smoothly. This has been a learning experience.

Slack integration, and how easy it is for employees to submit an expense.

Quick and easy to setup, pretty seamless once you've tried it a few times.

Excellent service and great product for a company our size with many different types of expenses.

I love that I get to see all of our credit card spend in real-time through slack notifications. It gives me great visibility into who is spending what and when.

We wanted to help our team purchase the products they need while keeping track of everything and Teamppay does a good job of it. Problem is their competitors are able to offer additional value.

The lack of monthly statements makes it a bit difficult to reconcile the account during our month end close.

The best part about TeamPay is expensing monthly subscriptions and that when the slack integration works it can be smooth as butter.

My overall experience with them has been great. The customer service is very helpful.

As an AP Manager, here at The Bouqs Company, this tool has saves us plenty of time and money. Amazing speedy way of giving employees credit cards through an approval process.

It does not have very basic functionalities and implementation vs sales is very different. I start thinking that this company is scam, since how can you miss the most important functionalities.

Teampay is super easy to use and has cut our monthly spend by more than 50. Expense reports are turned in on time, its easy to upload receipts.

This tool is amazing and every company should be using it. I have never used a more efficient accounting approval and purchase tool.

The Slack integration is a very cool and user friendly way for users to request additional recurring billing software.

There are a few weird tech issues I have experienced.

The fact that they dont give us credit, and rather we pay them in advance to be able to use their product.

The platform is at a constant improving, they take customer feedback into consideration on improving the software.

Unfortunately, I've gotten frustrated a handful of times and just given up because I couldn't figure out how to tell the bot what I needed.

Customer support team is good and trying to grow the product as they are a small company.

It consistently has broken and at the feature level (mandatory fields do not populate, syncing with Netsuite breaks down etc.).

Experience was good and was satisfied while using it.

They do not provide credit unlike competitiors Divvy and Brex which really impacts the value. Also our Slack integration broke and it was very difficult to get it back up and running.

The cash back on all purchases is amazing. Implementation was easy and the spend management control is beyond anything I have seen.

Nimble and flexible tool, but quite expensive for what it is.

It is difficult to find sone of the features. I guess it will take some time to get used to it.

Integration with SVB is a pain, mostly due to SVB themselves... the paperwork never ends. There are some blind spots, e.g. payments that are refunded are hard/impossible to find on Teampay.
