We had used many invoice apps, and nothing did everything we needed until Square came out with their Invoice app. For starters, it is quick and easy to use, super fast to fill out an invoice. Once filled in, review and send in matter of seconds. You will be notified if the customer pays, if not, you can quickly send a reminder, and if they fail to pay by the due date, you will receive notification again. Keeps a running tab of total amount of invoices sent, what has been paid and what is still due. Super easy to customize with your own logo, and keep customer credit card on file for future purchases. It only takes a second to resend receipts and cancel invoices also. Highly recommended.

The only thing I can come up with, and I am being nit-picky here, is it would be nice to be able to swap out different logos for different projects. Not a HUGE issue though.

Ease of use! Love that the invoicing allows you to set dates finances are due, the analytics are seamless, and it tracks customers emails for you allowing you the added bonus and ability to reach out to customers if you wish. Love this Software!

All credit information is keyed in by customer - resulting in higher fee's. If you do find an error with the invoice, any changes are automatically emailed to the customer. I feel this could be annoying to customers receiving multiple unnecessary emails. There should be an option to prevent this from being automatically sent.

There are several features I need to make my business effort easier. I certainly need to spend less time with collecting money than I do making it.

Love the online invoicing capabilities it has so far. Love the phone app so far.

Relationship between app and online web access need major connection improvements. Editing capabilities of the line item in invoice statement need to be editable.........

I like how I am able to complete transactions/send invoices right there on my phone without making a trip to the bank

I honestly dont have any cons about this product. It has helped me tremendously with my business. Overall great product.

Its easy, its quick and most of all, i can send invoices right from my phone. It's absolutely the best!

Invoices are easy to create, copy and update.

I cannot edit an invoice after it’s been marked paid. This is really a problem if it’s been marked paid in error. It’s also impossible to mark a partial payment in an invoice. I have a customer that makes partial payments and that’s forcing me to keep the invoice in an overdue state until it has been paid in full.

With the type of invoicing we do as a social media marketing firm, Square supports our needs. It is quickly, easy to use and keeps us highly organized and looking professional

I would like to have more options for invoice designs. I found them to be a bit limited - but definitely not a "con" that would stop me from using this software.

I really like how easy it is to setup recurring or one time invoices. Some of my clients pay via credit, others don't and Square makes it easy to mark any invoice paid even if it wasn't thru them.

I really appreciate Square having invoices that are customizable and attractive to the customers. They just recently added a few new features to the invoices that I have wanted for almost 2 years, so I am thrilled to see the nice changes made to make it even better.

The program is thorough and very easy to use, and it keeps track of the outstanding invoices that I have.

The customer list duplicates customer names, and you have to go in and delete duplicates every so often.

We are an all cash practice and the square invoice feature allows us to bill patients immediately when they forget their card, mis-calculate their cash, or have a denial. It prevents the awkwardness that comes from sending a statement days after treatment. They even have the option to save a payment form.

I love using square invoice it is so easy to send invoices and my clients have an easy time paying I love that it goes out from my business address

The only thing I do not like is the amount I am charged per transaction, and that invoices are charged at a higher but It is still worth paying

If you already use Square then this is the best way to invoice customers. Super easy to add items to an invoice or create a custom item

You must already be using the Square system and have to use all the functionality of the system, too expensive for only invoices.

Square Invoices is so convenient to use and I prefer it so much more to the regular Square App because it provides me exactly what I need - the ability to create invoices easily.

I do not have dislikes of this software because, unlike the regular Square app, this one is not bloated with tools that I will never use.

Fee could be cheaper, but nothing else that needs improvement that I can think of. I really love using square.

Was able to keep track of my invoices with ease, just the cost was more than what I get with my package with Wix.

With this tool, you can keep track of what you have earned vs what you are waiting to get paid for/outstanding invoices. Helps you keep track of how much you are bringing up by different time frames.

I have been very pleased thus far with my Square experience. Inputting information is pretty facile and transmission to clients is very efficient.

It appears to be easy to use from my clients' perspective and thus increases the likelihood of speedy payment of outstanding invoices.

My only complaint is that it doesn’t allow me to print an invoice to use as a packing slip. The previous version did allow me to print paid invoices but after the last update this seems to have disappeared.

Easy to create invoices and email them to clients.

I use this software to create invoices and email them to my clients for my small lawn care business. It also syncs with my bank and allows payments to be made.

Works really well. If I had to pick the worst thing it would be the fees. But I also understand that they have to make money as well. I sometimes forget to include the fees when I send an invoice.

Was able to automatically charge my subtenant's cc for his monthly rent charge.

I've used square invoices to bill subtenants. It offers the ability to set up auto pay which has been helpful.

I wish it offered more features like auto reminders on unpaid invoices and wish it was a little more user friendly when setting up the recurring payment option.

I like that this software allows the user to create invoices with a simple user-friendly format.

I don't like that once you mark and invoice as paid you cannot go back and change the status of the invoice.
