Pros
- The ability to save customers, chose to send now or later, picking the due date those are all nice.
- They make it very easy to get started. I like how once everything with my bank was arranged I could tailor the invoices look and content to suit my needs.
Cons
- Doesn't allow me to delete erroneous / stopped recurring billings in the system, so every day I have to see them and can't get rid of them.
- This is really a problem if it’s been marked paid in error. It’s also impossible to mark a partial payment in an invoice.
Pros
- It also has good integration with our corporate cards along with good reports for both analysis and to reconcile to our corporate cards and accounting system.
- In addition, the ability to move from a paper system to completely electronic with an electronic workflow has resulted in huge time and process efficiencies for our company.
Cons
- The category editing section could use a little work. It is hard to edit categories during the initial set-up.
- I thought that your receipt pictures would automatically match to the charge/expense once verified but it doesn't seem to be doing that for us. We could be doing something wrong.
