Great integration of Lease Admin and Accounting.

Setting up Ad Hoc reports can be a little difficult. Understanding how to get the filtering to work is not as easy as some systems I have worked with.

For the Real Estate prospective the most useful feature is the report field. It is very useful and easy to use because you can review and check all the info (General and Financial) for all the units.

The abstract function is extremely valuable in accessing quick information on specific topics, and the financial tracking function has cut our annual budgeting process time in half.

A great tool for lease management at governmental entities.

Visual Lease is very efficient. For example, if the standard reports do not match your needs, you can create your own custom version with ease.

It's a terrific product that I would recommend to any organization that manages multiple office leases.

We have only just begun our journey, but I am very impressed with the customer service and knowledge of our implementation manager and our account manager.

I looked at a lot of products to find a good fit for the type of Tenant-based leasing we do. No other product addressed our needs like VL.

Our inability to translate some of these leases in-house is difficult. It would be ideal if Visual Lease could also provide translation services.

User manual very confusing to read. Sometimes input key (especially for dates) doesn't work and have to retype many times to get date in.

Recording, tracking and reporting of approximately 450 leases. Has been an effective and robust solution for us.

The integration in to our ERP system is great and saves me hours during month end.

When it comes to putting dates there is sometimes a different way to put them in. Depending on the country your are working with dates can be misleading.

Customer Service is excellent, prompt and efficient. The value given for the cost is very attractive; Visual Lease is very cost efficient.

The lease administration functions are much easier to use and there is a seamless flow into the lease accounting functions. Our implementation manager was amazing.

The Training videos are very helpful and customer service has been outstanding.

Loading the Leased assets and tracking is easy and the reports are simple.

We have been using VisualLease as our exclusive leasing program for almost seven years, and it has never failed to fulfill our leasing neeeds.

Visual lease helps me to stay on top of the key dates in our leases such as expiration dates, rent increases, etc. It also helps save time with our month end accounting.

Visual Lease's professional and knowledgeable personnel from the first inquiry about the system to customer service are their greatest asset.

It's easy to use, and it makes it easy to organize and visualize the lease information.

Sometimes it can be confusing to use day to day.

Sometimed the drop down date is not as intuitive as you would think. This is a small thing but I have made a mistake or two because of not paying attention.

We transitioned from using excel to manage our portfolio to Visual Lease and it has made everything significantly easier and massively reduces the risk of human error.

The software is easy to use and the platform looks smart and professional. Reports are easy to manage and the software performs relatively complex calculations easily.

It gives me great confidence that we will get the support we need going forward.

Outstanding Integration, Great Software So Far.

From the beginning to the end VL has been most accomidating and eager to help. Customer service is hard to come by these days.

Allows us to modify fields as needed and houses information in a very user friendly way.

The customer service has been amazing and every time I have a question or need help, there is either a video or the service has been prompt and educational.

Customer Service was horrible. You could not talk to someone when you wanted to.

Ease of use and great functionality - very easy to export desired reports.

It was simple enough, even for a novice user like myself. The fact I could integrate it with my bank account and automatically enter expenses and raise invoices with my own branding etc. was great.

The single most annoying thing about it is the support.

The FreshBooks/Xero integration stopped working around 2017 (I don't know why; each company blames the other).

We were currently using Quickbooks, which had, at the time, very limited cloub-based capability. Xero looked great, was easy to use, and made it possible for our virtual team to work together.

I love how easy it is to sync bank feeds and reconcile transactions. I love the rule feature that allows me to set my routine transactions to the correct COA.

There is more information in the project tabs than what you can obtain in the report which is disappointing.

I believe Xero have captured a very nice niche of the industry with it's very business orientated user interface and simplisitic feel. It makes accounting somewhat fun for the business owner.

Ve not used the full power of Xero yet but so far it’s been great in helping me keep track of real time spending etc. It’s certainly an asset to the business and I’m learning more as I use it.

Finances are easier to keep up to date and more frequently, the software updates are seamless, the reports are great, the integrations are outstanding, and the service is super.

Every feature I need is an extra add on charge. The remember me at login does not work and I have to waste time with 2 step login every time I leave the computer for 5 minutes.

Xero has been a great experience for me. If you want software that can automatically allocate transactions when and where you need them to go, save yourself time and check out Xero.

Great software, price is affordable for small businesses.

Xero is easy to use (with a little direction perhaps) and it's been great for invoicing, payroll, and tracking our finances.

Easy to share with accountants. A thoughtful social enterprise discount given too.

And there are odd glitches in the reporting (cannot recall all the details now, I only have one client left using this app) that I had to watch out for.
