The filters require you to be 100% specific and this leaves a lot of room for errors. It is hard to learn when you are starting out.

It really helps with keywords and understanding how the site is doing and what could be improved. They also offer lots of help and give great newsletters on what to do.

I think the only problem we have had with this platform has been to use 100% of the tools it has, because it is very complete and has so many features that it is difficult to understand everything.

On page report sometimes provides wrong information. Few reports if we fix also it shows error.

The software is cool, some good features. But other competitors offer a better value for the money + have a better customer support.

It gives me very valuable information to spend my marketing budget wisely. The site audit is also extremely useful to improve SEO and have a better ranking.

Also once the wider platform integrations are done it's give better results e.g. GA and Search Console. I like the ability to use the API which we use with our custom reporting.

It includes competitive information, tracking of top keywords, the ability to do research, and create keyword lists to leverage for SEM. It's a great tool at an affordable price point.

My only complaint about the software is that it is extremely expensive, and there are also a lot of features and can be a little confusing.

Often some data is missing and it's happening with both low and high traffic websites. Often data is misleading.

Very easy to use and set up, the best option for getting the big picture of where you stand in organic search results and how to keep optimizing. Great for planning your paid Google ads.

Integration is fine however the customer support is not good.

Although it is not perfect, it is definitely being improved and helps provide guidance.

Excellent personal onboarding help and a wealth of self-guided articles ensure I'm going to get.

For example, adding domains as competitors is confusing and hard to find.

SEMrush is a wonderful tool with a vast amount of in-depth features that will help you improve SEO and PPC for your business.

One example is a dead link on my site. Semrush tells me of its existence, but not exactly where it is so that I can fix it.

Overall I am very happy with the tool. When I had to reach out to customer service, they were very helpful and got back to me right away.

I like the amount of features that the platform has regarding SEO. On top of that, the UX/UI is very easy to use and appealing to the eye.

I hate how, even after paying a lot of money each month, they require you to pay more see other domains. You also can’t see certain market reports which is just annoying.
