Overall, I found the UpPromote app to be a useful and effective tool for setting up and managing an affiliate program on my Shopify store. The app was easy to use and provided a range of features and tools that helped me recruit affiliates, track their performance, and monitor the overall performance of my affiliate program. I love it. It is a good experience, very well planned platform as per the requirement of the growing business (e-com platforms
PROSIt is a good and useful tool to create affiliates for a platform, and track all the links, Commissions & payouts for a product. Also, it has an Interactive UI for users to handle all the work effectively.
CONSNot any, it has all the features that required for affiliate marketing, I must appreciate the customer support team of UpPromote that is available all time for the chat support.

Excellent, the app is great to use for affiliates as well the admin. They love the dashboard and how it is to see how much they are making.
PROSEasy to set up and simple to navigate UX. Everything links together perfectly and its simple to follow the steps and directions to set-up the various features on the platform. Customer support is also very fast and accommodating to your requests.
CONSManagement of coupon codes if you need to add a new one or change something about an existing one could be made clearer and caused us some issues to start with due to the way we want to manage the discounts. Eg being able to change the discount %age we give to affiliates for their customers. Also did not like their affiliate market you can list on. We got too many dodgy coupon sites we don't want to be affiliated with.

Great option for affiliate programs!
Overall it is great. Easy to use, link and maintain
PROSWe used to use Affiliately which has a clunky interface and is very challenging to use and also expensive. Uppromote was a breath of fresh air! This is a HUGE step up from what was available only a year ago.
CONSOnly issue I have run into is that if you are an affiliate for a different company that also uses uppromote, it gives me trouble logging in to my affiliate account, since it keeps logging me into my company account. I am sure there is a solution, but that is really the only frustration so far. It also weirdly logs me out a lot...other than that, all good!

Since merchants can use af.uppromote.com to log in, affiliates need to use a separate link called the Affiliate login link. In this case, we strongly recommend you use different browsers (or the same browser but with normal mode and incognito mode) to avoid conflict between those 2 portals. Easy to use!
I needed a affiliate program where it was easy for my two high profile influencers to use and uppromote checked all the boxes.
PROSThe marketplace is so simple and easy to post. I love how there are a lot of quality affiliates signing up for my affiliate program. Its so easy to setup a programs and its also really streamlined for my affiliates to join and start making money.
CONSWish there was more automatic payment options for affiliate but PAYPAL integration does the job.

The potential affiliates would need to fill out those fields in order to sign up to be your affiliates. Also, with the Growth subscription plan or higher, you can proactively look for affiliates from our Marketplace. With any paid subscription plan, you'll be able to create the unlimited number of programs. You can set a set of settings (including the commission structure) for each program, and it will be applied to all affiliates in each. In order to get you a chance to experience our features, we'd like to offer you a lifetime discount of 15% (for any plan). They sit at a very fair price point compared to competitors and they are overall very well-rounded.
PROSThe interface is clean and straight to the point. Support is there when you need them and are very thorough.
CONSThe login page for existing affiliates cannot be customized to match branding.

PROSI love how easy UpPromote is to use. Love that there is no comission fee on top of base price like other competitors
CONSfor me I am having difficulty getting my users to refer others. Haven't cracked the code yet. Perhaps suggestions etc would be helpful for users like me.

I have had no problems with UpPromote, and I plan on staying with them.
