I like that there was 30 days free Trial, so I can get to know more about it before I commit it.

We are not using all the features of this product, however, we do use it to track users and for the small number of affiliates that we have. Honestly, the service has been great.

The software has multiple errors and bugging issues. And takes a lot of time to explore whatever information I need.

The experience has been great so far apart from a few customer support hiccups (I wish they decrease the waiting time to address queries).

You can´t get detailed information about campaigns. There is no way to know if the tracking is correctly implemented.

The cons for me are that you can't mark manually notes on e.g.widgets e.t.c unless you upgrade which I find a bit petty. Data retention is limited to 6 months only or you have to pay again.

The software is REALLY powerful and aimed towards an advanced user. After having spent close to six months with it and had little success, mostly due to my mentor, I stopped funding them.

It's easy to implement, neat appearance and user friendly.

She responded very quickly with helpful answers and explainations supported by some links to additional helping guides which by the way were also very easy to understand and therefore very helpful.

That being said, I liked the tech a lot, sadly I was not able to use it so my campaigns would convert better at the time of speaking.
