I only dislike the part of the software where the user fields sometimes looks confusing as there are lots of details that can be found in it.

Amazing customer support that's very responsive, knowledgeable and always eager to help. Iterable is very receptive to user feedback, and is constantly improving and building the too.

The iterable really helps me in attracting more and more customers through email marketing.

The behavioral based segmentation features are very powerful and put a lot of power from the engineering/analytics teams into the marketing team.

Only complaint with iterable is you do not have the ability to recall a send. Wish the emails went out a bit slower in case of emergency... or at least wish you had the option to slow down send times.

Problems with adding new users to lists and with clients that are less digital-savy to navigate the backend on their own.

Their API goes down occasionally. Usually not to a significant determinant, and they give us fair warning each time, but it can be annoying.

As an add on, sms platform, it is somewhat limited as base customer database format still requires every user to have an email address.

I love the topic-based keyword research and the content optimization features, which are as good or better than much more expensive, similar products.

Just ignore the random recommendations and focus on those that make sense.

I tried the AI for content writing function and had a very ridiculous end product. It consisted of gibberish that was not even close to usable.

Sometimes you don't get what you pay for...your expectations are higher than the AI's output. As always, languages other than EN may have less data.

If it were to ever go away, I'd be able to get started on optimising the content. I wasted 7+ days just trying to figure out how to copy/paste from word to the area which hardly ever opened.

They really go above and beyond to make sure you are getting satisfaction out of the tool. If there are any questions or issues that come up they will attempt to quickly resolve them.
