- Easy to use, even the free version is great and the overall price is not that much, It has all the functionalities needed.
- Outstanding support in case of rare issues. Features like integration with existing storage vendors, Restore as a VM in the Cloud (EC2, Azure VM), Image-based backup.
Cons
- There are lot of functionalities that are missing to which Cloudberry team should look into.
- Interface looks dated and can be a bit clunky and hard to understand at times. Abundance of marketing emails as soon as you sign up for a trial.
Pros
- Our DAM houses all of the images we use in our catalogs and online. I love it's ability to organize and tag image in order to search for them with ease.
- Ability to convert assets to other formats. Cost is based on space not users, which is helpful in a many-user environment.
Cons
- Occasionally can be tricky to find things unless you have the exact product code or if you are looking for some lifestyle shoot imagery of a particular shoe.
- Finding documentation seems to be difficult. Not sure if it the actual software or if it is the manner is which our company set it up.
