Tough to switch back to manual auctions once you get started.

I think overall the software is a bit confusing and not very easy to use, especially for customers. It carries out its purpose, it's just a bit confusing.

Also, my event planner friend that helped us out that night commented about how nice the layout was and how easy to use the it was compared to others she had used before.

Handbid's great technology is only rivaled by their commitment to customer service.

Everyone I've worked with at Handbid has been very helpful and friendly. The bidders in our auction appreciated the service Handbid offers and the ease of easing the website and mobile app.

We love Handbid and usually run anywhere from 50-75 items on it three times a year for our event which gets viewed nationally using Handbid.

Having our guests bid from their seats in the ballroom is awesome as the auction tables are out in the foyer. Handbid's customer service rocks.

Our only disappointment is having to wait until next year's Handbid auction.

It is comprehensive, combining all aspects of gift and guest data management and integration. The WebMaestro feature allows access to the product from anywhere.

The interface, layout and menu system was clunky and tough to follow.

The value is excellent for the price. In comparing this to other options, Maestro offered excellent features for a reasonable price.

Aside from nice integration features, AM has a really cool online auction and mobile bidding features, as well as a ton of other things.

Its many enhancements make it SO robust. The developers have listened to auction managers and added many features, countless reports, and easy self-generated data extractions for customized merging.

The interface is difficult to follow and the functionality is extremely difficult, especially for volunteers who are not real computer savvy.

Not to mention that volunteers feel valued when given meaningful tasks that they can accomplish. Recent inquiries have received virtually immediate call-backs from technical support, much appreciated.

Overall, I had a very positive experience with MaestroAuction. As an auction software novice, I found the program to be quite intuitive and accessible.

It also makes it hare to take the program to your events because you need to bring a server and hard wire everything.

Once you have get the swing of the data entry portion and navigating your way around, it is really nice for keeping your auction running smoothly.

So many built-in reports sometimes makes it difficult and time-consuming to find the report you want.

The money saved by engaging volunteers to perform what was once the task of overburdened and limited office staff, cannot be overestimated - not least by the staff.

It isn't the software, it's remembering all its features and how to use them, when under pressure.

No monthly charges with square either. Only when a transaction goes through.
