Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • I've been using Studio One mainly to record and I must say that the quality is good and I don't have latency issues like in other DAWs I've used.
  • DDP import/export function for mastering. The learning curve is much easier than the competition and the interface is designed to make your job easier.
  • Cons

  • It confused to learning at beginning especially for beginning, but once you get it, it make sense.
  • Iam having a hard time deciding if there was something that I don't like about it.

  • Pros

  • It has a great library of audio effect. Overall, it has a great value for money.
  • The quality of edits and previews is top notch, and it also works according to your system configuration which is a great feature.
  • Cons

  • Can be a bit restrictive to some people looking for a full feature DAW, so not a complete solution for audio producers.
  • Its noise gate technology tends to distort the recording rather than filter out the noise.
