A Salubrious, Crackerjack and Hypercautious Inventory Management Tool.
It's very efficient and easy to use.It easily integrate with other software.Online and email billing and invoicing is done through ARI to customers and this enhance time saving .It's easy to create quotes and estimates to client with ARI.
CONSAm very satisfied with its functionality and I have nothing to highlight as cons.

Used to work alright until it was updated. No longer allowed access
It’s been a long road with this system. It’s terrible for accounting. And it’s a real pain after invoicing to close a repair order. Nothing works automatically.
PROSInexpensive but I’m learning. Going to get a real invoice system now.
CONSAfter update no longer allowed access. It’s rather embarrassing in front of clients. This will NEVER happen again cause I’m done.

Price. But I’m going back to Mitchell. They never lost my invoices.

Hello Regarding the latest update, you need to go to ARI Settings/ Import Data and follow the instructions there to import all your data from the older version. This new update comes with much faster servers! Let us know if you need our support at contact@ari.app

At first I thought it was a waste of time and deleted the app (tried the app first), then I came back to it after a couple months, and used it sparringly, but now we use it much more. The features have grown, and continue to grow. I think this software is going to be among some of the big name ones, so jump on board now and help make it grow to one of the great ones.
PROSI gave this software a chance 3 different times, and I'm honestly glad that I did. The features have grown exponentially in the last year. They offer so much more than just invoicing and work order management. The marketing, financing, obd2 scanner, it's all great.
CONSCould be more customizable all around, or more user friendly. I wish the customer and vehicle would sync a little more easier than they do now.

We were sick of using multiple softwares for everything we needed. Price was also a major reason we switched to Ari, the price is unbeatable.

Better for small not busy shopd
Paid for the full version as the trial doesn't let you use all features. I thought that was the point of a trial. I will not continue with Ari. They need a little more development

Auto repair review
Initially I did not like it that much but when I again started this app again I was blown and thought why I stopped using it in the first place.
PROSIt’s really inexpensive in regards to its competitors has all the features.It’s reports provide us clear intel about our systems like what problems it has.
CONSIf your app closes in between no data can be recovered you have to perform all the tasks again.

my overall experice has been great and good i am satisfy .
PROSthis software has been great use for ios and andriod version also use for mobile / destop also all festures and function has been great service has been show much.

Free trial - Satisfaction
Very happy with the outcome I wish it was easier to say example right rear quarter panel dent then options come up with all the labor detailed how long how much etc. Materials maybe needed that you can charge for
PROSI used a free trial on My phone, My boss ended up purchasing the package but I didn't use the account. everything was available on the free trial mostly . I do believe you still need to get Mitchell which is an extra charge I think thru Mitchell. I like the detail In the parts estimates . Maybe How to used the paid version Maybe there would have been more of a layout for the hours completed for body work Like hazardous waste tape masking etc. Overall I was pretty satisfied with the app I printed it out and the pictures came out great everything that I had on there was able to be printed I was very satisfied

Great for small businesses!
So far everything has worked great.
PROSEasy to use and great for mobile repair and quotes on the go.
CONSIt does take a few extra steps to add all the information.

PC comparability
Great until I realised it’s an absolute pain to use if you rely on PCs daily
PROSDesigned for the Auto field, additional boxes for vehicle info
CONSThe lack of PC comparability, I’m not interested trying to use other “apps” to make this work on my PC. Look at the Billdu software I can use this on my Tablet, IPad and PC, just login and off I go no additional apps required.

Hello Aaron Are you referring to our Windows version of the Web version? You can access ARI from any device using the browser. However, for comfort, we also offer a Windows program that you can install on your PC, but it's not mandatory.

Highly Recommand
very good save mony and most customers like received estimate and invoice before come to shop for check it out. 100 % customer satisfy good communication with customer.
PROSFirst price are very reasonable . i did not know all fuctions and how to use this program but now much much more useful fuctions found. i used tried lots of invoice which free trial one, before found fuctions they start charge it. Too Many good reasons to use this ARI .I can not say all of it. TRY FIRST AND COMPAIR TO OTHERS. I PAID ALMOST $ 275.00 A MONTH ON OTHER PROGRAM. some programs are not in this ARI. but labor estimates are offered by vendors. So far very good for invoicing. Finally highly recommend try use ARI positively. If you are profession on your job will be fit to you. I found ARI still updating the program. i was looking for invoice program , now no more looking ,just try more fuctions in ARI. good luck and try first and say it. if need good invoice program and good price that's it ARI thanks

Great product for.start ups
But overall has been a smaller new start-up it's been a very helpful thing to be able to go from handwritten to what you do guys program and be able to look a little more professional
PROSThe amount the amount of actual options that you have available to you in a single location is amazing
CONSThe Diagnostics you could use to have choices of more donegal's other than the one or two that is implemented in there at the moment because it's not clear fide it just says the best one to use it does not say the only one the fact that too many steps in the process to be able to create an invoice from start to finish to be a little easier to navigate not a big fan of outside parties such as QuickBooks and stuff like that to be able to do the accounting / bill pay that y'all offers too many other steps to be able to make it easier on the consumer be easier way down corporate on me I like the fact that you guys offer that but to go about it there's no where are you guys you guys don't explain that you know Pearson ditional fee from a different company and I just not a big fan of that

Great product
My overall experience with Ari has been pretty good thus far I will strongly recommend it to anyone who has a small repair shop and getting things off the ground it has been a great tool in my arsenal to be able to communicate with my customer's effectively and professionally
PROSThe things I like most about this product is how you can customize each estimate to supply your needs of Auto auto body or diesel repair I also like the fact that you can keep your customers updated via text message or email as well as send them pictures and allow them to be able to follow along with the repair process through the job card and updates I also like the fact that the VIN decoder pretty much breaks everything down for you as far as the vehicle information
CONSOne thing that I would like for it to have is labor rates and times for repairs and also a little bit of repair information for different procedures for jobs
