"Enjoy the direct access Prodemand and Mitchell and the ability to hilight notes and concern points for the service managers to be able to bring tk the customers attention while i continue on with the diagnosis, repair or inspection."

"Very simplified system that saves time due to the amazing features such as parts Ordering, being able to send for approvals and invoicing, and a chat box that a real person responds within a minute to help with any technical difficulties"

"AutoLeap does a really good job of keeping everything in one place—estimates, invoices, and customer info are all easy to manage."

"I do not enjoy the accounting piece of the software because you have to personally verify if a customer qualifies for AR before sending the invoice to them which makes absolutely no sense since about every single customer pays."

"Someone defers a job, you lose all your parts. If you have some parts authorized, but not all, you have to remove the unauthorized parts to complete the order, or you have to leave the software to order manually. "

"System has no ability for API integration like others which limits how much you can scale with their system."
