It is setup quickly and up and running in less than 2 hours. It is easy to administrate and also very easy to use on a daily basis.

We have had a very positive experience with the tool. The ability to integrate with multiple virtualization platforms and manage all of them in the same way has been really great.

Our interaction with support has been wonderful. They periodically contact us to see how things are running and they answer any questions and resolve any issues we may have.

There is one of our VMs that the Cohesity could not index, so we're forced to leave it unindexed.

Cohesity is an amazing platform that greatly reduced out data management and backup footprint. I really like the ease of use and ability to have one place to go for all of our data protections needs.

Cohesity has been excellent to work with. The local team is always helpful and responsive, support is excellent, and the product exceeds all expectations.

I don't agree with their method of releasing updates or the lack of a notification system regarding those updates.

Also, it is a compact four node system and has integration with several other vendors like VMware , AWS, Azure etc.

Cohesity has allowed us to move to a global backup platform that has modern cloud based capabilities, enabling a more flexible and cost efficient architecture.

My biggest complaint is, there is no Cohesity sponsored user training. Many other software businesses offer some user training.

Unfortunately, it often happens that bugs are delivered with updates.

Cohesity was for us the perfect solution in providing back-up as a service to our customers. It is easy to scale, easy to configure and very easy to manage.

Additional analytics on data, combined with a great scalable solutions gives  everything needed for solving secondary storage challenges.

No centralized credential manager. No global options for backup exclusions - have to manually set options for each policy you create.

Ability to centrally manage and assign storage shares has been a great addition.

And the setup and install of Cohesity was seamless. Choesity support is one of the best support teams.

At first some of the features were missing that other vendors were already offering but Cohesity have caught up.

Application backups (Exchange, SQL, AD) will all require an agent and the agent management is very poor in my opinion.

Being able to centrally manage and protect our data, as well as the advanced security features to protect from ransomware attack, helps us all sleep better at night.

We had issues deployment but that was related to the servers. But cohesity support was very helpful and did a great job.

Cohesity has been very easy to install with an intuitive interface. The development team is adding new features and growing capabilities.

It did so without any issues (even on the virtual edition). The elastic search functionality is impressive and really helps us locate everything we need quickly.

Cohesity has been a quick and easy win for our department. Setup and installation was quick and we were able to start backing up our VMs and legacy NAS devices.

There are lot of functionalities that are missing to which Cloudberry team should look into.

Interface looks dated and can be a bit clunky and hard to understand at times. Abundance of marketing emails as soon as you sign up for a trial.

The user interface is great and is very easy to navigate around. It makes it very easy to select which files and folders need to be backed up.

Flexibility, ease of use, security, many good choices for backup source and target, really easy to install and start using all the functionality.

Since we moved into the AWS GovCloud seven years ago, we have relied on CloudBerry for daily backups of our MS SQL Server database and our Perforce codebase. CloudBerry has been FANTASTIC.

The software is easy to use - smooth navigation and understandable instructions; the scalability is good and it has affordable pricing.

This has been a bad experience when I tried to recover for the first time in a real situation and I was not able to do it.

It helps me, while working with multiple cloud platforms and different storages. It is good and reliable.

I have had some errors pop up on restore that made me change some settings. Had I not tested it and needed to restore, we would've been screwed.

Support Linux, that's great. Works great with SQL DB.

Ability to backup locally and push those backups to cloud, especially low-cost cloud storage like AWS Glacier.

I like the simple backup, the ease of integration with other programs. Your storage reliability with encryption.

Every little event triggers an error, and there's no way to turn them off. Expect a bunch of junk tickets.

Their online console also integrates nicely with their RMM tool which I also use. The ability to be able to restore a computer image remotely from cloud storage is a life changer for me.

I back up a personal Linux (UNRAID) server to BackBlaze B2. Using CloudBerry helps me save money on backup costs and add more control over my backups.

Very important: Customer support is quick and helpful.

Restore to 'a point in time' - useful in case I delete a Dropbox folder and don't realise that I've done so for some time + runs on Mac OS.

In the end, the error was because I was using the application inside of a Docker container which was not properly configured for the permissions!).

Main reason we are using this software is ability to restore to cloud. In case of some sort of emergency when our physical location is not available, we can restore all of our VMs to Azure.

The 1TB storage limit for storage I pay for (i.e. S3) is wrong. I've heard changes are coming and you can ask for more storage.
