Securing data backup incase of hard drive failure.

I can back up the things that are important to me. I just love this product because it give me the option for unlimited space to back up things.

I have been using the product for over 2 years and it has served the purpose of backing up and restoring backed up data very effectively.

Not much of this software has negative connotations.

Error in scheduled daily back ups in the new updated version.

G Cloud is a wonderful backup to have so that our records may also be accessed outside of working hours. Is great for when on call to find staff.

The only thing I don't like is how difficult it is to change my email address. The one I signed up with I no longer have access to and I still haven't been able to change it.

I Needed To Have Space On My Computer. I Like That I Can Send It To The Cloud and Am Able To Clear Up The Space Needed.

What I like the most is the ease of use. It takes nothing to set it up & it runs seamlessly in the background.

G-cloud works great for me backing up files and photos and messages on my phone as well. I like that it's easy to use and I can set automatic backups.

I like the ability to schedule my backups automatically taking one thing off of my plate. The ease of setting it up is extremely simple and takes the guesswork out of it which is a very nice feature.

Long download times and sometimes it gives lag.

I like that I can save photos and videos and I don't have to use space on my phone's memory or it's memory card to do that.

However rebuilding multiple Android phones quickly was very difficult to automate and took sometimes a day or so to rebuild users with 100's of apps and large amount of data.

I really cannot speak highly enough about this app. If I need to keep up with something, even on the internet as I'm looking, I can simply take a screenshot and I know I'll be able to find it later.

Easy to use, friendly program. I am very pleased with the storage of data that is important to me in Google's cloud, so I recommend my friends to use this tool to secure their information.

I can save precious photos and videos like the photos and videos of my beloved cat.

There are lot of functionalities that are missing to which Cloudberry team should look into.

Interface looks dated and can be a bit clunky and hard to understand at times. Abundance of marketing emails as soon as you sign up for a trial.

The user interface is great and is very easy to navigate around. It makes it very easy to select which files and folders need to be backed up.

Since we moved into the AWS GovCloud seven years ago, we have relied on CloudBerry for daily backups of our MS SQL Server database and our Perforce codebase. CloudBerry has been FANTASTIC.

The software is easy to use - smooth navigation and understandable instructions; the scalability is good and it has affordable pricing.

This has been a bad experience when I tried to recover for the first time in a real situation and I was not able to do it.

It helps me, while working with multiple cloud platforms and different storages. It is good and reliable.

I have had some errors pop up on restore that made me change some settings. Had I not tested it and needed to restore, we would've been screwed.

Ability to backup locally and push those backups to cloud, especially low-cost cloud storage like AWS Glacier.

I like the simple backup, the ease of integration with other programs. Your storage reliability with encryption.

Every little event triggers an error, and there's no way to turn them off. Expect a bunch of junk tickets.

Their online console also integrates nicely with their RMM tool which I also use. The ability to be able to restore a computer image remotely from cloud storage is a life changer for me.

I back up a personal Linux (UNRAID) server to BackBlaze B2. Using CloudBerry helps me save money on backup costs and add more control over my backups.

Very important: Customer support is quick and helpful.

Restore to 'a point in time' - useful in case I delete a Dropbox folder and don't realise that I've done so for some time + runs on Mac OS.

In the end, the error was because I was using the application inside of a Docker container which was not properly configured for the permissions!).

Main reason we are using this software is ability to restore to cloud. In case of some sort of emergency when our physical location is not available, we can restore all of our VMs to Azure.

The 1TB storage limit for storage I pay for (i.e. S3) is wrong. I've heard changes are coming and you can ask for more storage.
