We're a charity, not a large corporate. But still the customer service and support is excellent.

Aditionally, the software is easy to use albeit sometimes a bit confusing (especially when you try to go deeper into M365 integration). All in all, very satisfied with this software.

Keepit Gives me peace of mind to know that there is a good backup in a protected place.

I've set up the connector, and it's simply running. From time to time we do a restore test with selected data, but we never had any problems accessing backed up data.

Integration with Azure AD (now Entry ID) and a backup for Entra ID was a great addition to the must-haves.

We have very high privacy on user mails so we have very limited amount of users who may use the product.

Search functionality is very limited with search string restrictions and poor filter options for results.

One drawback of Keepit is its pricing structure, which can be a bit expensive for individuals or small businesses with limited budgets.

But worst of all to many updates that was supposed to make KeepIT an overall better product but in fact it just made the customer experience for us at least worse.

We have saved quite some files in Office365 through Keepit and it has never let us down.

We are very satisfied with the product knowing that our data is safe, ans the few times we've needed support it was delivered almost at once and to our full satisfaction.

Audit log is very precise even thought the looked mailbox is hard to recognize as log is based on id and onscreen you can see only human readable text.

Keepit are really interested and keen to know that their product is working for us. We have a named account manager who is quick to respond, knowledgeable and helpful.

The ease of implementation was fantastic. We were up and running in minutes.

It is setup quickly and up and running in less than 2 hours. It is easy to administrate and also very easy to use on a daily basis.

We have had a very positive experience with the tool. The ability to integrate with multiple virtualization platforms and manage all of them in the same way has been really great.

Our interaction with support has been wonderful. They periodically contact us to see how things are running and they answer any questions and resolve any issues we may have.

There is one of our VMs that the Cohesity could not index, so we're forced to leave it unindexed.

Cohesity is an amazing platform that greatly reduced out data management and backup footprint. I really like the ease of use and ability to have one place to go for all of our data protections needs.

Cohesity has been excellent to work with. The local team is always helpful and responsive, support is excellent, and the product exceeds all expectations.

I don't agree with their method of releasing updates or the lack of a notification system regarding those updates.

Also, it is a compact four node system and has integration with several other vendors like VMware , AWS, Azure etc.

Cohesity has allowed us to move to a global backup platform that has modern cloud based capabilities, enabling a more flexible and cost efficient architecture.

My biggest complaint is, there is no Cohesity sponsored user training. Many other software businesses offer some user training.

Unfortunately, it often happens that bugs are delivered with updates.

Cohesity was for us the perfect solution in providing back-up as a service to our customers. It is easy to scale, easy to configure and very easy to manage.

Additional analytics on data, combined with a great scalable solutions gives  everything needed for solving secondary storage challenges.

Great data protection and is very quick to recover files.

No centralized credential manager. No global options for backup exclusions - have to manually set options for each policy you create.

Ability to centrally manage and assign storage shares has been a great addition.

And the setup and install of Cohesity was seamless. Choesity support is one of the best support teams.

At first some of the features were missing that other vendors were already offering but Cohesity have caught up.

Application backups (Exchange, SQL, AD) will all require an agent and the agent management is very poor in my opinion.

Being able to centrally manage and protect our data, as well as the advanced security features to protect from ransomware attack, helps us all sleep better at night.

We had issues deployment but that was related to the servers. But cohesity support was very helpful and did a great job.

Cohesity has been very easy to install with an intuitive interface. The development team is adding new features and growing capabilities.

It did so without any issues (even on the virtual edition). The elastic search functionality is impressive and really helps us locate everything we need quickly.

Cohesity has been a quick and easy win for our department. Setup and installation was quick and we were able to start backing up our VMs and legacy NAS devices.

The overall experience has been great so far. We were able to get multiple admins up to speed how how to recover files and databases with ease.

The ease of back-ups combined with good support and innovation to allow for multiple use cases than just backups.

Their support team started very small and I usually got the same 2 or 3 customer service reps. Now they are much larger but I still get the 1-on-1 attention I need from their team.
