I like the way the Actiondesk is handling realtime data and incorporate a lot of data-sources in to the one place. We've been looking for software like this "ages". We had troubles to calculate our sales data because we have a lot of data-sources i.e. PostgreSQL, Stripe, Sheets..

Lack of few features which are on the roadmap. We are missing Pivot tables right now, but I know, they will be available in few days/weeks

Actiondesk is one of my favorite tools and I use it every day. I love the spreadsheet feel because I can try and test different things, run small scale analyses and access all of my key business data from PostgreSQL database - live. Most of all, I love the feeling of flexibility and power it gives me.

Actiondesk lets me analyze our key business data easily. There's no learning curve because it works like a spreadsheet. Unlike other Business Intelligence tools, I don't have to write SQL or use a new type of interface. I can just use a pivot table or simple spreadsheet formulas. Actiondesk is also a collaborative product, I can share sheets with my colleagues and comment on some numbers to drive operational action

Graphs / charts and other visualisations could be more advanced.

Actiondesk is a powerful tool for data collection, processing and analysis. Its carefully developed interface brings out the graphical representations to perfection, automating certain actions by facilitating optimal data reporting in operations.

In order to benefit from all the features of Actiondesk, you will have to pay a little more than the competition.

Very easy to use and to set up, it took us a few minutes to set it up.

There's a little bit of a learning curve at the beginning as there are a few differences with Google Sheets, but once you understand a few basic things, it's easy to use and very powerful

I've been running my company for over 2 years now. It's always been a nightmare to easily work on my data (like I tried google data studio, google sheets) and it's a very time-consuming process. Now that I have Actiondesk, I just connected my Postgres db and I can perform analysis and build reporting very easily (it pretty works like g sheet formulas actually).

You can integrate multiple data source, they are refreshed every 6 hours (or you can do it manually too). You don't have to learn anything, importing the data is very smooth and I've been able to build my first reports in an hour (it works like google sheets).

The integrations available are limited, except if you use a data warehouse (I think they support most of the data-warehouses). The interface is simple but you won't have beautiful graph like in Tableau.

Fast reporting, very intuitive interface (excel or g sheet). Connect multiple source of data (Stripe, HubSpot, SQL databases).

Connect your data is fast and allow you to work on your data live. It's easy to be operational, as most os the formulas are google-sheet like

So far, when you import a large amount of data, it takes time to be refreshed.
