While snapshots provide general visibility, they do not always capture enough context to fully understand user activity, especially during critical tasks or potential security concerns."

"The cancellation process is purposely designed to trap you in a yearly contract and make cancelling from the mandatory auto-renewal (no way to disable this) as difficult as possible jumping through hoops."
